Do you supply packaging?
We supply a specialised plastic flyer bag for all your courier related items, as well as a cardboard envelope for your international documents. These elements are supplied free of charge. We also supply generic and customised packaging solutions to suit your specific needs.
When is a delivery or collection classified as “After-Hours”?
A delivery or collection is classified as being after-hours if it is affected between 17h30 and 07h30 on working days or over weekends between 13h00 on Saturday and 07h30 on Monday morning. Deliveries on a Public Holiday are also regarded as an after-hours service.
An after-hours delivery will attract an After-Hours Surcharge.
Will Aramex South Africa deliver on weekends?
We operate 24-hours across the country and can deliver your parcels whenever you require. Weekend and Public Holiday services can be arranged with your nearest Aramex South Africa station, at an additional cost. We also offer special trip services to remote and regional areas.
Does Aramex South Africa deliver shipments internationally?
Yes. We have in excess of 330 Aramex stations worldwide and can arrange collections and deliveries across the globe.
Can Aramex South Africa transport live animals?
No, we do not have the specialised resources or infrastructure to do so.
Can I receive invoices more frequently than once per month?
Yes, weekly invoices are available should you prefer. In addition, we are able to provide you with official statements and invoices via our website (through a secure login).
Can Aramex South Africa deliver to a P.O. Box address?
No. We need to deliver to a physical address and, for security reasons, a signature of acceptance is required for every delivery.
Will Aramex South Africa collect from another company and charge it to my account?
Yes. However, the account holder themselves must place the collection with Aramex South Africa so as to ensure your account is not used by unauthorised individuals.
How will I recognise an Aramex South Africa courier?
Our couriers are always in full uniform and carry an Aramex South Africa ID tag bearing their photograph.

1. This is the most pathetic unprofessional courier service ever. Somerset west PostNet is just as pathetic at delivering the service. Like good courier companies I get an email (or) message etc to track and when and who it was delivered to. Not with this company. I paid 566 for same day urgent delivery with the most pathetic service ever. Only later after all my attempts to I get a copy of the delivery slip. Why must I beg and follow up? Absolutely disgraceful
2. Worst courier service company! Durban branch Call center consultants are liars and rude. My husband has been waiting for his order since last week. Yesterday, we called them several times and they would say “the driver is almost there”. Each time we called till this minute still parcel has not been delivered.
3. Bad service. Don’t courier through POSTNET because they handover to ARAMEX. I tried getting my parcel back after failed delivery and Postnet said they can not do anything about it. They lie that they tried to call the receiver and delivery was attempted. They just pass through and keep the stuff at their warehouses and mix them all up in there. They do not answer calls at all. I have requested that the package be returned since receiver already left and is no longer available at the address. How are they still in business and not sued for fraud and bad services?
4. I am not happy with the service because I got a package when I called to found out where is it. My calls were never picked up and they call me days later to tell me that my package was stolen and they can’t do nothing about it . I spent a lot of money on that shipment for it to be stolen and they call me days later. I need a better Explanation and services in a way forward. I need that package or something I never knew that Aramex starting stealing packages

I am so annoyed with Aramex Team SA.
It’s been a month since I sent a parcel to a client and keep on lying to us.
Braylan was the biggest liar for me. She said they call the receiver and refuse meeting up. I called the receive, she said, she never received any call.
Julia on the chat is as annoying, I gave her all the details on Tuesday but come Wednesday, she asked me the exact same details I gave her the day before.
Only those who knows know what’s cooking with Aramex.
I sent a parcel DBW47151401441 on the 16 July, but as of today (29/8/2022) this was never delivered. Was then told this was scanned in the Sandton office but unable to find it…. Now something with the value of R1300 just disappeared into “thin air”.. no replacement or reimbursement…Some staff member is really taking”staff benefits” at the cost of their clients… Pathetic when you can’t trust companies anymore…

I sent a parcel to Rooihuiskraal in Pretoria on 22 March 2022 and up to date, 20 April 2022, it has not been delivered! They cannot give me answers as to where my parcel is and is not even coming back to me! Please don’t EVER use Aramex… you are going to be on the losing side all the way!

VERY ANNOYED. Couriered documents from Postnet Karaglen on Friday to be delivered in Ireland by Wednesday. On tracking Aramex Ireland incorrectly told me the legal documents were in London yesterday.On calling today THEY HAVEN’T LEFT SANDTON and it’s Tuesday. Aramex tracking is not updated since Saturday. Bad service. Don’t courier through POSTNET cos they handover to ARAMEX. I tried getting my parcel back after failed delivery and Postnet said they can not do anything about it. if you ever send a parcel through Click way part of Aramax, just don’t. I requested a parcel to be uplifted, they couldn’t find my address, a very easy address on Sloan Street, not very hard to find. I responded with a very specific address, company name etc, they requested my company name again, and then kept on saying I don’t respond, I phone Aramax, they tell me to email them with my contact number, that is on the waybill, why send them an email with my contact number if they don’t even get my emails. If it take them a week to not collect my parcel, how long will it take to deliver the parcel. I’m sending it post office now.. Cheaper and more reliable. I will take the fees paid to nor collect as schooling fees. Never again.

My order from Shein has been stuck in customs from 30th November till today and funny enough I was given a fine of about R500 rand on top of that paid duties and all that but I still havet received my package when I track it it keeps on going back and forth the same place I’m failing to understand how,if it was possible we were either suppose to be given a platform to fetch our goods either from post office or elsewhere
When I look at the reviews on this company, and consider that, together with the the experience my wife is going through with Aramex, I cannot help but think that this company scams people out of the goods they are supposed to carry for their customers. It’s theft on a grand scale.
They don’t only steal your money, they steal your goods as well. My wife sent a parcel from Winklespruit to Pinetown. According to Aramex, the parcel has been delivered, but when asked for proof of delivery they ignore you. They are 10 times worse than the Post Office, and that is saying something.

I am so disappointed in your company, Aramex. I needed to use the dresses ordered for Friday, the 17th of December and Saturday, 18 December 2021. My order was made on the 26th November 2021. I explained to one of your employees how urgent I needed my order and i even suggested to come and collect it myself at Sandton but no assistance was offered, I was told that customers are not allowed to collect their orders due to Corona. I contacted the shipper and they said they would find out what was happening and I was sure Aramex would contact me. No luck and Safetag are now closed for Xmas.

Approximately a month ago I bought a sleeve from the Hypermarket in Durban North.
Today wanting to prepare may Parcel for delivery in PmBurg I was unable to find a Waybill.
I thought there had been an error so went all the way back to the Hypermarket only to be informed that the format had changed. That I could either use a digital format or had to purchase a Waybill separately at a cost of R20.
This was not told me at the point of purchasing the Sleeve. My R99 was taken with no explanation of the changes you have seen fit to make
I was told I had therefore to purchase a Waybill separately if I wanted to get my Parcel sent. Guess what …..no Waybills available!!
The lady at the till tried to help via my phone (digital) ….. didn’t work.
The kind lady informed me that in future one has to purchase both the sleeve AND the Waybill as 2 separate items.
So this week I shall have to go to some of your outlets and try and purchase a Waybill.
This is not good and I am sure your organisation will have a backlash on this from as number of ordinary folk who have been using your service.
I certainly will be looking for another Courier service.

Shipment Number : DBP 467 604 85 332 , was thrown in the bin after driver tried to delivery the document after business hours. The document was out for delivery for three days before it was throw in the bin. Excellent job Aramex.

The communication service at Aramex is horrenous.
I had a priority shipment on July so I can receive my shipment on 2 August.
Since then it has been back and forth emails and phone calls with no success.
When I check on Aramex online tracking.
Twenty-five days late, on 27 August it said “Shipment Cleared – On its way to Aramex Destination Facility”. When I contacted Aramex on 30 August, they told me the shipment will be on the next day delivery route.
On 31 August, I tried contacting Aramex with no success.
On 1 September, when I finally managed to contact them.
They told me the shipment is at Customs Clearance.
The status on the Aramex online tracking, changed back to “Shipment is under customs inspection process”.
The shipment is a present for a wedding on Saturday 4 September, so it is likely I have to find alternative temporary rings for Saturday.

I have a SERIOS complaint against the courier ARAMEX which has been used for my parcel delivery.
On the 17th August I received an SMS from Notmbizandile requesting my ID number which I provided on the morning of the 18th August. I then followed up with an email (see below).
On the 19th August, I called Aramex to check on the delivery status of the parcel and was told be a gentleman that it was currently in Customs Clearance and would probably be out on delivery for Monday (23rd), Tuesday (24th) latest (as an experienced Supply Chain Manager in South Africa, I am well aware of the delays in Customs clearance etc) and thanked the gentleman for his update.
On Tuesday morning @ 10.17 I called Aramex again to find out what time I could expect the delivery. A very rude lady told me that the goods had not yet been cleared and were still in Customs. She told me I could expect delivery on Wednesday (25th) latest Thursday (26th). As previously mentioned, I am well aware of dealing with Customs in South Africa and can understand the delays. What I cannot accept is the rudeness of the people. As the customer I expected a courteous response to my query – not to be treated like s “bad smell”.
On Thursday (26th August) afternoon at 13.56, I received a call from a man asking me ”HAS MY DRIVER BEEN THERE”. Rather taken aback by the rude an abrupt manner, I asked the man where he was calling from. His response was “ARAMEX, has my driver been”. Obviously my response was negative as no driver had been to deliver and no one from ARAMEX had called ahead. I then asked him when I could expect his driver to arrive. His response was that he would call the driver and get back to me. After two hours, no one had called back so I then called the number of the rude man looking for his driver 073 434 3098 and asked the man where his driver was. He again responded that he would call the driver and get back to me.
It is now Monday morning on the 30th August, I have not had a call from ARAMEX advising me of when, when or what is going to be delivered.
This has left an extremely bad tase in my mouth and make me seriously reconsider Internet purchases. In my 32 years experience of being a Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager (Imports and Exports), Warehouse and Reverse Logistics Manger and Transport Manager I have NEVER come across such bad service from a courier company. Rude staff with no telephone etiquette is totally unacceptable when dealing with customers.
ARAMEX should surely get their house in order.

I believe Aramex.com is the legit Aramex company since I have been receiving parcels at ease. Aramex.co.za is a scam site that pretends to be the legit Aramex courier company. Note: Never send money to anyone that sends an SMS to you as ARAMEX only sends an SMS to confirm there is a delivery vehicle on its way.
I just tried calling the Aramex.co.za Sandton Branch number then noticed that the telephone number is registered with KGDIKGADI Trading Enterprise. So please be careful at all times and Verify all details.

I’m very much disapointed with the WORST service here in Bloemfontein, my parcel got in Blomfontein from Johannesburg on Friday 9 July 2021, but up to this day (14 July 2021) havent recieved my parcel. Everytime I call I’m told it will be delivered.
I am highly disappointed with your services. I was at home all day waiting for my parcel, cancelled all appointments to avoid excuses yet parcel was not delivered. You updated on your system that delivery was attempted but customer was not home. There was no phone call from your driver at all. Please kindly give me a contact to track my parcel as the parcel is very important.

I think scammers has access to your tracking codes documents because two of my cousins were scammed but funny enough they were send tracking codes which appeared “not found” until today the scammers were never found.My concern is,where do they buy those papers?
They look legit that u can see they have this tracking code….
