** “Jacaranda FM” means Jacaranda FM, a broadcasting station owned by Kagiso Tiso Holdings Proprietary Limited (registration number 2011/000848/07);
** “Personal Information” means personal information as defined in POPIA;
** “POPIA” means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013;

** “Process”/ “Processing” has the same meaning assigned thereto in POPIA;
** “Rules” means these terms and conditions including specific terms and conditions, rules or entry instructions published on the Jacaranda FM Radio website or in any media which features a competition (e.g. on-air messages).
** “you”, “your” means the person who has entered into a Competition.
