1. The Highveld Mal Christmas Décor SMS Completion 2016 SMS Line is 31650 and is the only SMS line valid for this competition.

2. The Highveld Mall Christmas Décor SMS Competition 2016 prize money totals R 15, 000 – The prize total (R 15,000) will be distributed in three equal parts to the value of R 5,000 in the following order. R 5,000 to the winning shopper who voted for their favourite design; R 5,000 to the winning designer; R5,000 to a local charity of the winning designers choice to be donated by Highveld Mall on the behalf of the winning designer.

3. There are 14 designs on display in Highveld Mall for the period 14 November 2016 to 29 December 2016 in the Woolworths, Edgars, Pick n Pay and Rostveld Courts. Each design is unique and is on display for the general public to view and vote for their favourite design.

4. The designs each has an information stanchion. The information board lists all the details of each design. These include: design name, designer name, Design Company, designer contact details, inspiration to the design, number of the design and details to the SMS competition.

5. How to enter :
View all 14 designs on display in Highveld Mall. SMS your NAME and the DESIGN NUMBER to 31650. Example: “Cynthia 11”.
6. Standard SMS rates apply.
7. Highveld Mall Management, Highveld Mall Tenants or family member of either may not take part in Highveld Mall Christmas Décor SMS Competition 2016.

8. To qualify the participant must SMS their name and number of their favourite design to 31650 during the Highveld Mall Christmas Décor SMS Competition period – 14 November 2016 to 29 December 2016.
9. The competition SMS line will open on 14 November 2016 at 5pm and close on Thursday 29 December 2016 at 5pm.
10. Highveld Mall reserves the right to withhold any promotional benefits and / or take such other action as is deemed appropriate in its absolute discretion.

Particularly in the event that an entry is :
i. made in breach or non-compliance with the promotion “Terms and Conditions”;
ii. is fraudulent.

11. Highveld Mall Management’s decision in respect of any matter(s) concerning this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner who does not comply with all the rules and regulations will automatically be disqualified.

12. Highveld Mall reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion or amend the promotion “Terms and Conditions” at any time for any reason whatsoever without prior notice. The winner who does not comply with all of the rules and regulations set out in these terms and conditions will automatically be disqualified.

13. The prize (R 5,000 to the SMS competition winner; R5, 000 to the local charity of the winning designers choice: R 5,000 to the winning designer) is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
14. The winner will be notified via telephone call on Tuesday 9 January 2017.
