** Below follow the competition rules of Lynnwood Bridge Retail to stand a chance to win a wedding up to the value of R300 000 for Saturday, 18 February 2017 at Lynnwood Bridge.

** This competition is undertaken by Lynnwood Bridge and Bruidsgids/Wedding Guide (“Promoter”).
** These rules are the official rules of the competition (“Rules”). The Rules will govern and apply to this competition.
Entrants and Entries :
1. The competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa that resides in Gauteng over the age of 18.
2. To enter the competition, you and your partner must :
** be legally entitled to marry each other; and
** not already be a married couple. The competition does not cover renewal of vow ceremonies or celebrations.
3. Lynnwood Bridge and Bruidsgids/Wedding Guide reserves the right to reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition including but not limited to entrants having no genuine and sustained intention to marry a specific named individual on the date of the 18 February 2017 at Lynnwood Bridge.
4. No person who is a director, member, partner, employee, tenant or agent of or consultant to the Promoter or who is a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate to a director, employee, tenant, agent of or consultant to the Promoter is eligible to participate in this competition.
5. The competition call to entry will run from 15 October 2016 to 15 November 2016 (both days inclusive).
6. The closing date for this competition is 15 November 2016 at midnight 12am. No late entries will be accepted.
7. The wedding will take place on 18 February 2017 at Lynnwood Bridge.
8. To enter the competition participants, need to access the Lynnwood Bridge Facebook page or Bruidsgids/Wedding Guide Facebook page and enter online. The participants should describe how they will stay happily ever after and add a photo of themselves.
9. To be eligible to win the competition you must have also liked Lynnwood Bridge and Bruidsgids/Wedding Guide on Facebook.
10. Entries that are unintelligible, incomplete, damaged or defaced will be deemed invalid. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. Only entries which are displayed on the Promoter’s records will be deemed to be the successful entries in this competition.
11. A short list of five semi-finalist couples will be announced on the 18 November 2016.
12. The five semi-finalist participant couples will be interviewed by the authorised judges on Wednesday, 23 November 2016. Should any of the semi-finalists not be able to attend the interview, they will forfeit their place as a semi-finalist resulting in a redraw.
13. The final winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and the prize winner’s name will be published on the Lynnwood Bridge and Bruidsgids/Wedding Guide Facebook pages on 30 November 2016.
14. The first briefing session with the wedding planner regarding the wedding will take place on 1 December 2016.The winning couple should be available on 1 December 2016.
15. If the winning couple is unable to accept the prize or in the event that the Promoter is unable to contact the prize winner/s, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner (runner-up) and forfeit the prize.
16. All risk and liability pertaining to the prize shall pass to the winners on signature of receipt by the prize winner.
17. The prize winners do not need to be present at the draw when the draw takes place or when the winners is announced.
18. The prize winners will be requested to be photographed and will be requested to permit the winner’s photograph to be used in any marketing material of Lynnwood Bridge and Bruidsgids/Wedding Guide.
19. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time in the Promoter’s sole discretion and without any liability.
