** The promoters to this competition are Pick n Pay Retailers Pty Ltd (“Pick n Pay”) (registration number: 1973/004739/07) a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa and having its registered address at 101 Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth, 7708.

** All persons entering the Pick n Pay 50th Birthday “Competition” (“the competition”) (“the entrants”) agree that the competition rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on them. A copy of these terms and conditions is available at .picknpay.co.za.

Rules Of The Competition :
** This competition opens on 4 July 2017 and closes on 31 July 2017.

The prize :
** Four (4) winners will each receive a Pick n Pay Gift card to the value of R2000 cash.
** Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

In order to qualify as an entrant for this competition :
** the entrant must live in the Republic of South Africa;
** the entrant must provide correct and full personal details, as required; and
** the entrant must be 18 years old or older.
** the entrant cannot be a juristic entity and must be an individual;

** The promoters, Pick n Pay Retailers (Proprietary) Limited, any entity in the Pick n Pay Group or Company, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants, the suppliers of goods or services in connection with this competition, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the above named parties and their respective spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members are not permitted to participate in this competition.

To enter the competition, the entrant must :
** Answer correctly the weekly question on our Facebook Page or on the Corporate Website.
** Participants may enter the competition as many times as they wish.

Selection Of Winner :
** The winners will be selected on the 4th August 2017 (this date is subject to change without notice).

** The winners will be contacted via email or telephonically starting week commencing 7th August 2017 (this date is subject to change without notice). Pick n Pay reserves the right to disqualify a winner if he/she does not respond to the email or telephone call within one week of winner selection and randomly select a replacement winner from the competition entries.**
