Below are the standard terms and conditions applicable to all competitions conducted/promoted partly or wholly by IT Design.

** This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
** Only one entry per participant will be counted.

** IT Design reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time. The draw will be random.
** The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
** The prize will be awarded to entrants drawn at random and the winners will be notified within fourteen days of the prize draw.

** Winners will be contacted by email and their name published on our Facebook Page, .facebook.com/ItDesignPE.
** If and when necessary, winners must make themselves available for photographs and other public relations related appearances. All rights reserved.

** By entering this lucky-draw the participant accepts that his/her personal information might be used for future communication of IT Design news and promotions. IT Design will not disclose your personal information to any third party.

** Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
** No liability is accepted for any loss or damages relating to the use of the IT Design website and the reliance of information contained in it.

** No director of IT Design or their agencies, and members of their immediate family; nor members of the sponsors of any competition listed on this page, and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family, may enter any of the competitions hosted partly or in whole by IT Design.

** Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parents or guardians before entering.

Competition Rules :
** Must be a legal business, not older than 5 years.
** Only first-time business owners can qualify for this prize.
** One consultation must take place via Skype or in person.

** The winner must submit all the content for the website by 31 July 2017.
** The winner must supply the relevant images, logo and copy for the website design project. Guidance is available at youth.websitedesignpe.co.za/.

** The website must be hosted by IT Design. 12 month’s hosting and one year’s domain (only .co.za) registration included in the prize.
** Additional hosting will be subject to rates available at .websitedesignpe.co.za/hosting.

Beware of bogus callers & SMS notifications that say you’ve won with IT Design. Here’s how you can check for bogus notifications :
** You will NEVER be contacted by SMS if you are a winner.
** Unless pre-arranged with you, IT Design representatives will NEVER come to your office or home to say you’re a winner or to deliver a prize.

** Unless otherwise specified, the ONLY prize collection point from IT Design is from the reception area of an agent closest to you.
** Please NEVER agree to collect a prize from ANYWHERE else.

** If anyone phones to say you’ve won a prize in an IT Design competition, make sure you entered it!
** If in ANY doubt, ask the caller for their name and the IT Design office number and extension.

Please note :
** We make use of Random.org to randomly generate the number corresponding to the winner for the prize.
** We run the number generator once – the first number will be the winner.
** All entries get checked for duplicates.

** The nature of this random system ensures that everyone has a fair chance of winning, which is very important to us.
