Expresso Dermikelp Competition :

1. Introduction :
1.1. The Expresso Dermikelp Competition (Competition) will be run by Cardova Trading (Pty) Ltd in association with Lamicare SA (Pty) Ltd.

1.2. Each person entering the Competition (entrants/you/your) and/or accepting a Prize in terms of this Competition agrees and accepts that the Competition rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on him/her.

2. Competition Period :
2.1. The Competition will include 8 (eight) weekly prize competitions (Weekly Competitions) and a Grand Prize draw (Grand Prize), for which entries will be open during the following periods (Entry Periods):

2.1.1. Entries for the First Weekly Competition will open at 6h30 on Tuesday, 27 June 2017 and close at 23h59 on Sunday, 2 July 2017;
2.1.2. Entries for the Second Weekly Competition will open at 6h30 on Tuesday, 4 July 2017 and close at 23h59 on Sunday, 9 July 2017;

2.1.3. Entries for the Third Weekly Competition will open at 6h30 on Tuesday, 11 July 2017 and close at 23h59 on Sunday, 16 July 2017;
2.1.4. Entries for the Forth Weekly Competition will open at 6h30 on Tuesday, 18 July 2017 and close at 23h59 on Sunday, 23 July 2017;

2.1.5. Entries for the Fifth Weekly Competition will open at 6h30 on Tuesday, 25 July 2017 and close at 23h59 on Sunday, 30 July 2017;
2.1.6. Entries for the Sixth Weekly Competition will open at 6h30 on Tuesday, 1 August 2017 and close at 23h59 on Sunday, 6 August 2017;

2.1.7. Entries for the Seventh Weekly Competition will open at 6h30 on Tuesday, 8 August 2017 and close at 23h59 on Sunday, 13 August 2017; and
2.1.8. Entries for the Eighth Weekly Competition will open at 6h30 on Tuesday, 15 August 2017 and close at 23h59 on Sunday, 20 August 2017.

3. Who can enter :
3.1. In order to be eligible to enter the Competition:
3.1.1. you must be a legal, permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa;
3.1.2. you must be at least 13 (thirteen) years of age or older;

3.1.3. if you are younger that 18 (eighteen) years of age, you must be assisted by a parent/legal guardian, who approves of, and consents to you entering the Competition and to your possession and use of the prize; and
3.1.4. you must be a natural person.

3.2. Notwithstanding clause 3.1, you are not eligible to enter this Competition if:
3.2.1. you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Organisers, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Organisers;
3.2.2. you are an immediate family member of any of the persons specified in clause 3.2.1; or
3.2.3. you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition.

4. How to Enter :
4.1. To enter any one or more of the Weekly Competitions, reply to the Dermikelp Competition post that is posted on the Expresso Facebook page (.facebook.com/expressoshow.sabc3) during the Entry Period for the relevant Weekly Competition you wish to enter by providing the answer to the question posted on the Competition post for that Weekly Competition in the comments section.

4.2. Once you meet the requirements set out in clause 3 above and this clause 4, you will automatically be entered into the Competition.

4.3. There is no restriction on the number of times you may enter, provided that each entry is unique (i.e. not the same answer).
4.4. No automated entries will be allowed. Entries must be made manually by a natural person.

4.5. If your entry is submitted in a manner that in the sole discretion of the Organisers will provide you with an unfair advantage over other entrants, you will be disqualified from the Competition.

5. How the winners are determined?
5.1. We will randomly draw 1 (one) person (Winner) from all correct entries received during the Entry Period for each Weekly Competition by means of an automated system as winners of the Prizes within 1 (one) day from the closing date of each Weekly Competition, subject to clauses 5.2 and 7.2.

5.2. We will notify each Winner by commenting on the Winner’s entry posts within 24 (twenty-four) hours from determination of the Winner to request a copies of each Winner’s identification document in order to validate his/her entry and to request further contact details. The Winner will be required to provide an electronic copy of his/her identification document within 3 (three) days from being requested by us, failing which the Winner will forfeit the Prize and have no claim against us.

5.3. If a Winner does not reply to the notification message sent by us by within 3 (three) days from it being sent by us, that Winner will forfeit the Prize and will have no claim against us. In the event of a forfeiture as contemplated herein, we shall have the right to select a different entrant on the same conditions.

5.4. In addition to the above, we will randomly draw 1 (one) person (Grand Prize Winner) by means of an automated system from the 8 (eight) weekly prize Winners as the winner of the Grand Prize herein within 24 (twenty-four) hours of determining the 8th Weekly Competition Winner.

6. The Prizes
6.1. Each Weekly Competition Winner will receive a Dermikelp Hamper to the total approximate value of R1 300.00 (one thousand three hundred rand) (Weekly Prize), which will include the following:
6.1.1. 25g Dermikelp® Itch Relief Cream;
6.1.2. 50g Dermikelp® Itch Relief Cream;
6.1.3. 100g Dermikelp® Skin Cream;
6.1.4. 250ml Dermikelp® Body Wash;
6.1.5. 200ml Dermikelp® Moisturising Lotion;
6.1.6. 90ml Dermikelp® Skin Spray;
6.1.7. 90ml Dermikelp® After Sun Spray;
6.1.8. 250ml Dermikelp® Itch Relief Shampoo;
6.1.9. 250ml Dermikelp® Conditioner; and
6.1.10. 150ml Dermikelp® Scalp Spray.

6.2. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a voucher for Spa Treatment (at a spa determined by us and depending on Grand Prize Winner’s location) for 2 (two) persons to the total approximate value of R 5 500.00 (five thousand nine hundred rand) (Grand Prize).

6.3. The Prize excludes all items not mentioned in clause 6.1 and 6.2. and may differ from images or items used in marketing material for the Competition.

6.4. We will contact each Winner to receive all necessary information to deliver the Prizes and the Prizes shall be delivered to the Winner at an address within the Republic of South Africa within 20 (twenty) business days from confirmation of the Winner.
