KFC Road Trip Competition :

** The Promoter is KFC (Pty) Ltd (“The Promoter”).

** The competition is open to all South African Residents above the age of 18 who have purchased one of the eligible products listed below and who have received a 16 digit unique code at the bottom of their slip and who are in possession of a valid identity document, except directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter or marketing service providers in respect of the promotional competition, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or anyone who within a period of 183 days preceding this competition has won any competition organised, promoted, or conducted by the Promoter, or who resides at the same address as such a winner, or who uses the same telephone number to enter this competition, or who has accompanied a prize winner in the use of a travel prize.

** Entries per person or anyone who resides at the same address as such a person, or who uses the same telephone number to enter this competition are limited to 5 per week, 10 per month, and an overall total of 20 entries for the duration of the competition.

** Any entries received in excess of these limits will be disqualified.
** This competition is open for the period 16 May 2017 – 4 September 2017.
** Any entries received after midnight on the last day will not be valid and not be considered.

** To enter, simply send the 16 digit numeric unique code at the bottom of your till slip which was obtained when you purchased an eligible product to the USSD *120*532*UNIQUECODE#. Standard USSD network rates apply (20 cents for 20 seconds) and answer the 2 questions in the USSD session.

The winners will be selected at random by way of a draw using Yonder’s prize distribution system conducted by Yonder Media (Pty) of Southdowns Office Park Cnr Karee & John Vorster, Irene Ext 3. using their electronic platform and the prizes will be awarded to the winners of the competition as described below:

c. Main prize :
** 3 x road trips worth R50 000 each
Draw dates for the main prize:
** 1st June
** 3rd July
** 1st August

** 3 names will be drawn on each date randomly through the Yonder system and supplied to The Squad.
** Names are to be sent to The Squad team by 10h00 on the relevant day.
** The Squad will contact the winner.

** Failure to make contact with the winner on the details provided within 72 hours after receipt of the winner’s details (during business hours) means that that person so drawn shall forfeit the prize and The Squad will make contact with the next person on the list to be the prize winner for the main prize concerned.

Trip details :
** 3 Night / 4 day road trip (Thursday to a Sunday) for the prize winner plus 3 friends.
** One trip to be taken at the end of each June, July and August, depending on which draw the prize winner is selected from.

Pre-determined Routes :
** JHB – OUT and back
** CT – OUT and back
** DBN – OUT and back

** Departure will be based on which location is closest to the winner. All 4 people need to depart from that location. Only the winner will be transported to the departure location at the Promoter’s cost. The 3 friends also going on the trip must get themselves to the departure point at their own cost.

** 2 experiences per trip for 4 people (choice of 2) will be included.
** 1 x Chaperone/Driver for the duration of the trip will be included. The chaperone will be over 21 with a professional drivers permit (PDP) and will be the only person allowed to drive the vehicle.

** Public liability insurance will be covered.
** 1 x 8 seater vehicle will be provided (Hyundai H-1 type vehicle).
** 4 x single accommodation for 3 nights at accommodation no less than a 3 star grading will be provided (B&B or Self Catering or Hotel).

** 3 Meals per day (Breakfast at B&B / Breakfast purchased for self catering) for 4 people will be provided.
** Refreshments and snacks in the vehicle at the Promoter’s determination.
** Any alcohol for to be for the winner’s and participant’s own account (and will not be covered at all by the Promoter).
