Competition Period :
** The competiton runs daily from 09:00am until 16:00pm from 8 to 12 May 2017 (the “Competition Period”).
** No entries will be accepted after 16:0opm daily during the competition period.
Who can enter :
** You are entitled to participate in this competition if
(i) you are at least 18 years old / reside in South Africa;
(ii) it is lawful for you to be awarded the prize.
** You may NOT participate if you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to takealot.com or any other entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by takealot.com, or if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner.
How to enter :
** You can enter this competition by answering the competition post on Instagram.
** Each day will mark the start of a new giveaway, with a new competition question.
** To qualify make sure you answer on the competition post, tag the relevant brands and include the required hashtags.
How many times you can enter :
** You are allowed to enter each day’s competition once during the competition period.
Entry fees :
** There are no entry fees to participate in the competition, and no additional charges involved in acting as set out in section 4 above.
Prize :
** We’re giving away one fashion prize per day: Monday, 8 May, Babmoua Urban Walker Messenger Bag, Tuesday, 9 May, Freedom of Movement Bobby Leather Bag, Wednesday, 10 May, pair of Fitflops, Thursday, 11 May Bad Boy Watch and Friday, 12 May, Blackcherry Talio Tote Bag. The prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Winner :
** Winners will be drawn daily at 16:00pm during the competition period by way of randomised computer draw. Takealot.com will select a winner who has taken the steps set out in section 4 above, is in compliance with these rules and in takealot.com’s sole discretion.
** The winners will be announced at 16:00pm daily on takealot.com’s Instagram post and we will send the winner message to request his/her name, surname, email address, ID number, delivery address and telephone number (the “Participant Information”).
** We will make two direct attempts to obtain such information in a 48 hour period. Once we have received this information, we will deliver the prize to the winner in 7 to 14 working days, subject to section 10 below.
** Proof of identity may be required upon delivery. Regarding the application of these rules and the selection of a winner in terms hereof, takealot.com’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with a competition participant other than the winner.
