Terms & Conditions :
** The promoter is Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).
** The promotional competition is open to all South African residents in possession of a valid identity document over the age of 18 years.

** The promotional competition is not open to any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

** Any participant under the age of 18 years must be fully assisted by his/her guardian, who approves of and consents to the participant’s participation in the competition and the participant’s receipt/possession of the prize.

** By participating in this competition participants agree to receive future marketing material from the brand/s on promotion. However, the participant has the right to unsubscribe to receiving marketing material or request the promoter to delete their information by contacting the Promoter at 15 Nollsworth Crescent, Nollsworth Park, La Lucia, 4051 Att: Legal Department or opting out from any electronic marketing message.

** All personal information (‘Personal Data’) supplied by participants shall be processed in accordance with South African data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
** This promotional competition is open from 20 April 2017 and ends at 12am (midnight) on 20 July 2017. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Entry Requirements :
** To enter, participants will be required to like the Radox South Africa Facebook page .facebook.com/radoxsouthafrica/

** Once they arrive at this page they will be asked to LIKE the page in order to see the Radox South Africa Facebook competition. Once the participant has clicked LIKE, participants must log onto the Radox South Africa Facebook competition application.

** Participants must engage with the Radox Emoodji Campaign.
** Prizes will be awarded to those with the most creative captions and most relevant and/ or most frequent or varied usage.
** Participants will be required to comment on a competition post on the Radox Facebook page.
** Participants may enter as many times as they wish provided that each entry is associated with a separate feeling or mood.

Selecting Winners :
** Three (3) participants will be selected as winner (the ‘Winner’) to receive a Prize.
** The Winner will be required to provide their name, ID number, Copy of their identity document, contact details and to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the prize.
** Winners must enter in their correct contact details. If a Winner has given incorrect contact details, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner in terms of the rules.

** The Winner will be selected by means of selecting the most creative captions and most relevant and/ or most frequent or varied usage. Winners will be notified by the end of the following month of the competition and will be notified on Facebook Messenger where the Winner will be required to verify their details.

** The Promoter (or their agent) will endeavour to contact the prize Winner once every day for 3 consecutive working days after their name is drawn. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted during this period, the Prize will be forfeited and another Winner will be selected in accordance with the rules.

Delivery Of Prize :
** The Prize includes delivery and the Winner will be required to provide the Promoter with a valid daytime delivery address to enable delivery.

Prize Details :
Mood Experience :
** The prize is three mood changing experiences for the winner and a friend valued at an approximate maximum value at R6000. One prize will be given away per month for three months.

** The prize will be for an experience in the winner’s city of residence or a city close by in South Africa. All food, travel or any additional costs not included in the prize experience will be at the winner’s expense.
** The winner of the Mood Experience will also receive a Radox product hamper. Products contained in the hamper are not negotiable

** One runner up per month will be selected on the same selection criteria as the Mood Experience winners, which will receive a Radox product hamper.
** Any Prize not taken up for any reason within one months of notification will be forfeited.
** Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable.
