How it works :
** To stand a chance to win 2 Justin Bieber VIP concert tickets all you have to do is buy a Pond’s product and take a selfie with it and post that selfie to the Pond’s Justin Bieber Facebook post or post your selfie to Instagram or Twitter tag and Pond’s South Africa.

Terms & Conditions :
1 The promoter is Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. The promotional competition is open to all South African residents in possession of a valid identity document.

3. The promotional competition is not open to any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

4. Any participant under the age of 18 years must be fully assisted by his/her guardian, who approves of and consents to the participant’s participation in the competition and the participant’s receipt/possession of the prize and Fans younger than 14 are to be accompanied by a guardian to the concert itself.

5. By participating in this competition participants agree to receive future marketing material from the brand/s on promotion. However, the participant has the right to unsubscribe to receiving marketing material or request the promoter to delete their information by contacting the Promoter at 15 Nollsworth Crescent, Nollsworth Park, La Lucia, 4051 Att: Legal Department or opting out from any electronic marketing message.

6. All personal information (‘Personal Data’) supplied by participants shall be processed in accordance with South African data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
7. This promotional competition is open from 21/04/2017 and ends at 12am (midnight) on 11/05/2017. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Entry Requirements :
8. To enter, participants will be required to purchase any Pond’s product during the competition period and enter via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Participants will stand a chance to win 2 of 40 Justin Bieber VIP concert tickets for the 14th of May 2017 concert in Johannesburg.

** To enter, participants will need to take a selfie with a Pond’s product and post the selfie to the Facebook post, Instagram or Twitter using #PondsBieber. During the campaign period 20 winners will be randomly selected to win Justin Bieber in concert VIP tickets for themselves and a friend.

9. Any Prize not taken up for any reason before the concerts will be forfeited. If a participant is uncontactable for more than two days a new winner will be selected.
10. Participants may enter as many times as they like with unique selfies using another Pond’s product.
11. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable.

Selecting Winners :
12. Competition will run for 3 weeks :
Competition weeks :
week 1: Friday 21 April – Friday 28 April – 10 x winners to be selected
week 2: Friday 28 April – Friday 5 May –10 x winners to be selected
week 3: Friday 5 May – Friday 12 May –10 x winners to be selected

13. The Winner will be required to provide their name, ID number, Copy of their identity document, contact details and to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize.

14. Every week the Winners will be selected by means of a random draw on the first day of a new week by Arcade Africa and will be notified via means of entry where the Winner will be required to verify their details.

During the competition, winners will be selected on the following dates :
28 April 2017
5 may 2017
12 May 2017

15. The Promoter (or their agent) will endeavour to contact the prize Winner once every day for 2 consecutive working days after their name is drawn. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted during this period, the Prize will be forfeited and another Winner will be selected in accordance with the rules.If there is no entry during a given week the tickets will be added to the draw of the following week.

Delivery Of Prize :
16. Arcade Africa will contact winners via the relevant social platform.
17. Tickets will be sent to the winners to the email supplied by the winner

Prize Details :
18. Tickets will be sent via email. The Prize is not transferrable.
