How to enter :
** Buy any First Choice Velvet during the campaign period 10 April to 4 June 2017
** Make and name your creation using your First Choice Velvet product in the recipe
** Take a picture & share on Facebook with #FUNFILLEDVELVET
** Participants may enter as many times as they wish provided that each entry is supported by a separate and valid proof of purchase (i.e. till slip).

** If selected as 1 of 5 winners for the decadent Velvet dessert tables, each creation/entry submitted on Facebook needs to be supported by your recipe/s and separate and unique proof of purchase/s (1 per entry).

** This promotional competition is open from 10 April 2017 and ends at 12pm (midnight) on 4 June 2017.
** Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

** The 5 decadent Velvet dessert table winners will be announced by 9 June 2017.
** By entering the Competition and/or accepting any prize, all entrants and winners agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Rules”).

** The #FUNFILLEDVELVET Promotion (“the Competition”) is organised and conducted by Woodlands Dairy / First Choice, including their affiliates, partners, associations and agents (“the Promoter”/”us”/”our”).

** The promotional competition is open to all South African residents 18 years and over and in possession of a valid South African identity document and residing in South Africa.

** The competition is not open to any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

Prizes :
** Participants stand a chance to win 1 of 5 decadent Velvet dessert tables worth R5000 each.
** The prize may be redeemed for your special event / party / occasion no later than 30 September 2017.
** The decadent dessert table will be delivered to your event / party / occasion of choice before 30 September 2017.
** The delivery must be on the day of the occasion and is subject to availability.

** Winners will be required to provide the agency assisting with the bookings of the dessert table with 3 possible booking dates within 4 weeks of being contacted and confirmed as a winner. Should the winner choose to have the dessert table delivered to a residential or commercial address that they do not personally reside at, they will need to obtain written permission from the owner of such venue/property/house and any additional costs entailed for hosting the table at the venue will be for the winner’s own account.

** The delivery address must be within a 40KM radius of the nearest available supplier used to provide and set-up the dessert table and is subject to areas covered by the supplier. Should the delivery address not have an available supplier within the radius the finalist/winner will forfeit the prize and a new finalist/winner will be selected.

The general prize inclusions will be as per the below or similar :
** Hired items such as a table, backdrop, table cloth/runner, platters, etc.
** Various preselected table decor items and props to add to the First Choice Velvet dessert theme
** Decadent treats made with First Choice Velvet such as mousse cups, cupcakes, cookies, and more
** Delivery, set-up and collection of the dessert table and decor

** Each prize may vary based on the supplier used within the various metropolitan areas. The dessert table treats, decor and colouring will be based on specific preselected designs and recipes and may not be modified or altered according to the winner’s preference/s.

** All items included as part of the dessert table set-up (except the consumable goods/treats) remain the property of the supplier and are not to be tampered with, damaged, or stolen. Winners will be responsible for any resulting penalties or costs involved with the repair or replacement of any items upon request of the supplier. The winner takes full responsibility for these items upon accepting the prize.

Winner Selection Process :
** The winner selection process is based on a skill based selection at the promoter’s or their agencies’ discretion.

** All entries will be taken into consideration and the best 5 Velvet creations with the best creative name will win. All finalists need to validate their entry with proof of purchase and recipe once contacted and shortlisted.

** Finalists/winners will be notified via Facebook Messenger. In the event that a finalist/winner is not contactable or does not respond to the Promoter within 48hrs of the first attempt to contact them, they will forfeit their entry and a new finalist/winner will be selected.

** Finalists are to supply the necessary/requested details and proof of purchase (dated within the promotion period) within 24 hours of being notified of them being shortlisted or they will be disqualified and a new finalist selected.

** Entrants who have won other First Choice competitions within the last six months of this campaign will not be eligible to compete. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold prizes from any such person, and to reclaim any such prize if a breach of this rule is subsequently discovered.

** The Promoter will post the winner names to the First Choice social media platforms once each winner is validated and confirmed. (.facebook.com/FirstChoiceSA/ twitter.com/FirstChoiceSA).

** Please note that all winners will be contacted directly and confirmed. Should you perhaps have the same name as any of the winners listed or announced, but not have been contacted via direct message or phone, unfortunately you are not a winner.

** This Snap n Save Velvet deal contains a limited amount of R7 coupons to be redeemed during the campaign period (10 April – 4 June 2017)

** Once this set number of coupons are redeemed, there will be no more coupons to redeem. If the total is redeemed before the closing of the campaign, no more will be made available.
