1. Campaign :
1.1 LIVE JOYOUS MTN Joyous Celebration Ticket Giveaway (the “Competition”). This Competition is organized by Mobile Telephone Networks (Proprietary) Limited (“MTN” / the “Promoter/s”).

2 Campaign Period :
2.1 The Competition commences on 0:01 on 06 April 2017 and will continue until 23:59 on 15 November 2017 (the “Competition Period”).

3 Who May Enter :
3.1 To be eligible to enter, the entrant must :
3.1.1 Must have a valid South African bank account;
3.1.2 Must a valid South African identity document;
3.1.3 be a South African citizen or be permanently resident in South Africa;
3.1.4 be resident in the province where the Joyous Celebration is taking place as the prize excludes travel and accommodation;
3.1.5 be an MTN subscriber;
3.1.6 be a natural person; and
3.1.7 be 18 years or older.

3.2 Participation in this Competition excludes employees, directors, members, partners, consultants and agents of, or any other person who, directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter/s or marketing service providers of this Competition, (and the spouses, life partners, immediate family members or business partners of the people or entities listed above.

This means :
3.2.1 the Promoter/s;

3.2.2 supplier/s of goods and or services in terms of this Competition; and

3.2.3 promotional partners, printers, advertising and promotional agencies, professional advisors and point of sale staff employed by or contracted to, or providing goods or services of any kind, to all the people or entities listed above during the Competition Period.

4 How to Enter :
4.1 During the Competition Period, the entrants that meet all of the criteria referred to in clause 3 above must do the following in order to stand a chance to win :
4.1.1 LIVE JOYOUS by downloading your favourite MTN Joyous Celebration Callertunez. Below are MTN Joyous Celebration Exclusive songs which can be downloaded, however the draw will not be limited to the songs below but will include the entire MTN Joyous Celebration catalogue under the generic string *123*111#

4.2 Once the qualifying entrant has fulfilled the requirements of clauses 3 and 4.1 above, he or she will be automatically entered into the lucky draw.The lucky draw for the VIP and General Access tickets shall take place 3 weeks prior to each show. Random draws for spot prizes will take place at each of the shows through a bowl system. Lucky draw for the ultimate prize to take place on the 22nd November 2017. Winners will be notified telephonically and through a cheque handover ceremony.

4.4 Entrant’s acknowledge and accept that the Promoter/s shall utilize a third party (the Promoters’ authorized agent/s) to contact the entrant, in the event that the entrant is a winner, and arrange delivery of the Prize. In order to effect the contacting and delivery process, the Promoters shall provide the entrant’s information to such third party.

5 The Prize :
5.1 Entrants that fulfil the requirements stated in clause 3 and 4 above, stand a chance to win :
5.1.1 1 x 5 Double VIP Tickets including VIP experience;
5.1.2 1 x & 10 General Access Tickets to MTN Joyous Celebration’s shows as per the schedule below.

5.1.2.1 The VIP experience is valued at R3000,00 and General Access ticket valued at R270,00. VIP Experience will always be on a Saturday and it excludes travel and accommodation.

5.1.2.2 VIP EXPERIENCE includes the following:
5.1.2.2.1 Ticket to the show
5.1.2.2.2 Parking voucher
5.1.2.2.3 MTN Joyous Celebration hamper
5.1.2.2.4 T-shirt, CD & DVD & Portable charger
5.1.2.2.5 Hospitality: buffet meal including soft drinks and dessert

5.1.3 A Virtual Reality booth will be setup at each of the shows to allow for fans to experience MTN Joyous Celebration through virtual reality. The fans will be required to download their favourite MTN Joyous Celebration CallerTunez through the generic string (*123*111#) or by dialing *123*90#, *123*91#, *123*92# or *123*93# for the MTN exclusive MTN Joyous Celebration CallerTunez to be able to have the virtual reality experience at the show.

5.1.4 Fan will also have an opportunity to win prizes for downloading at the show which will include the following
5.1.4.1 Grocery Vouchers to the value of R 1000.00
5.1.4.2 Airtime vouchers to the value of R 180.00
5.1.4.3 Skull Candy headsets to the value of R 3, 000

5.1.5 A draw for the prizes will be conducted during the 1st segment of the show with the winner winners being notified of their prizes through the following platforms:
5.1.5.1 SMS from the promoters
5.1.5.2 Follow up phone call from the promoters
5.1.5.3 Prizes will be handed out to the winners at the end of the show
5.1.6 An ultimate prize of R200 000 of which 50% will be donated to a charity of your choice to uplift your community and “Heal our Land” (referred to as the “Prize”).

5.2 Prizes shall be delivered to the winner at a time and place to be agreed upon between the Promoter/s and the winner.
