1. The competition is conducted by Primedia Lifestyle (Pty) Limited; registration number: 2000/025493/07) on behalf of (Riverside Mall; registration number: 2012/150042/07) (“the Promoter”).

2. The competition is open to newborn babies to toddlers aged 36 months. Children over the age of 3 years may take photos but are not eligible to enter the competition (no photos will be taken of children over the age of 6). A minor who enters the competition undertakes that he/she does so with his/her parent’s/legal guardian’s consent.

3. No director, member, partner, employee, agent, consultant, promoter, supplier or anybody directly or indirectly involved in this competition, and any spouse, life partner, immediate family member, business partner or associate of such person is allowed to participate.

4. To enter the Baby & Toddler Photo Competition, entrants need to complete the entry form, pay the R230 photo package fee at FotoFirst (via a cash only basis) and agree to participate in the baby photo competition conducted by Primedia Lifestyle, Foto First and Eunice Nieuwenhuis from 1 – 16 April 2017.

5. Photos will be uploaded on Foto First Riverside Mall’s Facebook page from 5 April for viewing; however, public voting will take place from 19 – 26 April 2017 (will close at midnight) via a SMS line only. No late entries will be accepted. Only the photo number must be SMS to 48756 and only SMS in the correct format will be accepted (standard SMS rates apply). The ten (10) photos in each category that have received the most votes will go through to the finals where a panel of judges will make the final decision. The judges’ decision is final.

6. Prize winners will be notified by the contact details provided by no later than 12 May 2017.

7. The individual prize winners per category will each receive a R1000 Riverside Mall gift card, a mini session from Nieu Photography valued at R450 (Nieu Photography T&C’s apply), an A4 canvas print of the winning photo valued at R250 from FotoFirst, as well as a VIP printing voucher (up to 50% off on most printing) at FotoFirst during 2017 (FotoFirst T&C’s apply).

8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless the Promoter cannot provide the prize for whatever reason, in which case the prize offered, at the discretion of the Promoter, will be of equal monetary value to the initial prize. The winner agrees to accept the prize as is, at their own risk.

9. In the event of the Promoter not being able to contact the winner by 16:00 on 12 June 2017, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
10. The prize must be collected at the Riverside Mall Management Offices, and identification is required upon collection.
