Choose Wellness, Choose NESTLÉ Competition :

** By entering into the Choose Wellness, Choose NESTLÉ: Competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below.
** This competition is open to all residents and/or citizens of South Africa over the age of 18 years (any persons under the age of 18 years must have their parent/guardian’s permission before entering).

However, the following persons are not eligible to enter:
directors; members; business partners; employees; sales agents; advertising agency staff; advisors; or consultants of Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd (Nestlé), its associated companies, service providers and the immediate family members of these persons (including their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers and sisters) and any other person who is controlled directly or indirectly by Nestlé, as well as the associated companies of entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph, including holding companies and subsidiaries, their employees, agents, subsidiaries and consultants.

** Participants or entrants younger than 18 years must have the consent of their parents or legal guardians to enter the competition. Where a winner is younger than 18 years, that winner’s prize will only be released to their parent or guardian.

** The competition commences on 01 March 2017 until 30 April 2017. No entries received after 30 April 2017 will be considered.

Prizes :
** Each participant stands a chance to win one of 250 R2000 healthy food shopping vouchers redeemable at the winner’s chosen participating retailer. Should the retailer chosen by the winner be unable to provide vouchers, we will then revert to the winner’s second choice of retailer.

Mechanics :
** To participate in the competition, each participant must purchase any participating NESTLÉ product during the promotional period set out in paragraph 4 above at any participating store. Participants must then dial *120*3875*last4digitsofbarcode# and follow the prompts. Upon successful completion of this process, the participant will then be successfully entered into the competition.

** Entry costs 20c for 20 seconds as per USSD entry. Free minutes do not apply. Incomplete entries may be billed by your service provider. Nestlé shall not be responsible for telecommunication failure on the part of the participant’s service provider.

** Each Participant must enter the competition on a phone that is owned and registered to that person. No person can use another person’s phone for competition entry purposes. If it is discovered that a participant has entered the competition using a phone that is not registered to him/her, then he/she will be disqualified and the participant will be requested to refund their prize to promoter. This is to avoid fraud and to ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

** Winners will be contacted only on the cellphone number they used to enter the competition. No single person can enter the competition using multiple cellphone numbers. This is to avoid additional fraud being conducted by multiple SIM card owners.
