** To enter purchase any item of any value at a participating store or exhibitor, write your name and contact details on the back of the slip and deposit it into one of the Highveld Mall Decor Expo 2016 entry boxes situated at all main entrances.
Terms & Conditions :
1. The Highveld Mall WIN a room makeover competition entitles the winner to receive shopping vouchers and product from sponsors to the value of R 50 000.
2. Partners and sponsors include @homelivingspace, JDV Interior Designers, Coricraft, Volpes, Inside Out Interiors, Mr Price Home, Builders Warehouse, Crafters Market, Boardmans, Pep Home and Sheet Street.
3. There will be a single winner who will receive the entire value of the prize.
4. Highveld Mall Management, Highveld Mall Tenants or family member of either may not take part in the Décor Expo Competition 2016.
5. To qualify the participant must purchase any item of any value at a participating store or exhibitor, write their name and contact details on the back of the slip and deposit it into one of the Highveld Mall Decor Expo 2016 entry boxes situated at all main entrances from 22 September to 2 October 2016.
6. Highveld Mall reserves the right to withhold any promotional benefits and / or take such other action as is deemed appropriate in its absolute discretion. Particularly in the event that an entry is :
i. made in breach or non-compliance with the promotion “Terms and Conditions”;
ii. is fraudulent.
7. Highveld Mall Management’s decision in respect of any matter(s) concerning this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner who does not comply with all the rules and regulations will automatically be disqualified.
8. Highveld Mall reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion or amend the promotion “Terms and Conditions” at any time for any reason whatsoever without prior notice. The winner who does not comply with all of the rules and regulations set out in these terms and conditions will automatically be disqualified.
9. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Competition starts 9am on Thursday 22 September and ends 3pm on Sunday 2 October 2016.
11. The winner will be notified via telephone call on 7 October 2016.
12. The organizers and sponsors are allowed to choose a new winner in the event that no contact could be made with the winner within 3 days (72 hours) after the winner was notified
