Terms & Conditions :
1. The Live the High Life for a Day competition runs from 12 September – 7 November 2016 at 12h00 midday.
2. By entering this competition the participant automatically agrees to the below terms and conditions.

3. To enter, individuals will need to spend R200 or more at any Liberty Promenade store, complete an entry form, attach their till slip and drop it in an entry box in-centre. Only original till slips will be accepted and multiple till slips may be attached to one entry form totalling R200. Shoppers may enter as many times as they wish.

4. Only till slips dated from 12 September 2016 onward will be accepted.

5. Finalists will be randomly pre-selected from the base of eligible entrants and contacted telephonically to participate in the live draw and all finalists agree for their photographs to be used in any publication relevant to the competition.

6. In the event that any finalist cannot be successfully contacted following two telephonic attempts, Liberty Promenade reserves the right to disqualify such finalist from the competition and to select the next finalist.

7. The live prize draw will take place at Liberty Promenade, Mitchells Plain on 12 November 2016, under the watchful eye of an independent auditor, who shall thereafter conduct a report of this competition.

** The marketing team reserves the right to change this date due to unforeseen circumstances and will communicate this accordingly. Should you not be available, you may nominate a proxy to attend the live draw on your behalf (this will need to be formally communicated to the marketing team in advance).

8. One winner will be randomly selected from the base of finalists and the prize is a star treatment which includes a limo transfer, dinner at a trendy restaurant and a one-night hotel stay. Date options for redemption of the prize will be communicated when the main prize winner is selected and the prize will need to be redeemed before 6 December 2016.

** The marketing team will supply the winner with a detailed prize specification and itinerary. Any deviation from or addition to the prize specifications made by the winner, will be for the cost and arrangement of the winner. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. All finalists may be asked to submit an affidavit stating the afore-mentioned and will need to present their original South African identity document.
