Nestlé Baby Month Competition :

** By participating in the Nestlé Baby Month Competition, participants agree to the rules set out below.

** This competition is limited to residents of South Africa. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this competition :
** Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of Nestlé (South Africa) Proprietary Limited (“Nestlé”) and the organisers of the Competition.
** People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.

** Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1.1 above.
** Persons under the age of 18 years.
** The competition shall commence on 13 February 2017 and will end on 31 March 2017, both days inclusive. No entries received after midnight on 31 March 2017 will be considered.

Mechanics :
To participate in this competition, participants must adhere to the following:
Airtime and Cash Competition :
** Purchase 1 (one) of the participating Nestle Nido 3+, Cerelac or Nestum products and dial into the dedicated USSD string

*120*1533# and follow the prompts. USSD costs 20c per 20 seconds. (Wholesale only – Purchase 2 (two) shrinks of the participating Nestle Nido 3+, Cerelac or Nestum products and dial into the dedicated USSD string *120*1533# and follow the prompts). Free SMSes or minutes do not apply.

** Incomplete entries may be billed by your service provider. Nestlé shall not be responsible for telecommunication failure on the part of the participant’s service provider.
** Participants will be informed whether they are a winner or not on the USSD string. Winning participants will receive airtime directly to their phone.

Cash and Instant Prize Competition
** Purchase 2 (two) of the participating Nestle Jogolino, Nido 3+, Cerelac or Nestum products and dial into the dedicated USSD string *120*1529# and follow the prompts. USSD costs 20c per 20 seconds. Free SMSes or minutes do not apply.
** Participants will be informed whether they are a potential winner or not on the USSD string.

** At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive an SMS, which shall contain a pin code and a telephone number which the potential prize winner should call to redeem their instant prize.

** During this telephone call, the potential prize winner may be required to present his/her pin code, answer a few questions regarding his/her eligibility as well as be requested to submit certain documents such as proof of purchase (receipts) and a copy of his/her ID and/or driver’s license to the Nestlé representative.

** The potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated and his/her documents are completed and submitted to Nestlé. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.

The Prizes :
Participants will stand a chance to win :
In the Airtime and Cash Competition :
** 1 of 1000 x Instant R30 airtimes prizes
** 1 of 3 x R10,000 cash Grand prizes

In the Cash and Instant Prize Competition :
** 1 of 800 x Instant prizes (Mom’s Pamper Treatment up to the value of R150 OR Child Friendly restaurant experience up to the value of R250)
** 1 of 3 x R30,000 cash Grand prizes

Pamper :
** The free beauty treatment reward entitles the bearer to one free beauty treatment at any of the participating venues. Eligible winners will be informed of the various available participating venues during their call with the Nestlé representative.
** The nature of the free treatments varies from venue to venue. The treatments offered are as stipulated by the individual salon/therapist and are non-negotiable.

Restaurant experience :
** The free restaurant experience reward entitles the bearer to R250 voucher towards a restaurant of their choice.

Grand Prize :
** The grand prize draws will take place on 27 February 2017, 13 March 2017 and 3 April 2017.
** Each grand prize winner will be selected at random by way of a draw supervised by authorized personnel.
** The prize winner will be required to comply with all applicable requirements set out in the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, and failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited
