Love Edition Giveaway Terms & Conditions

** Entry instructions and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
** The Valentine’s giveaways are open to all South African citizens. Winners will be randomly chosen once entries have closed.

** Each individual may only apply once for each of the giveaways. If multiple entries are sent, only the first complete entry will be accepted.
** The competition is not open to employees and their immediate families of the Promoter.

This includes :
** Staff of Constant Communications, Harry’s Printers, Harry’s Photos, Web Stationers and the Border-Kei Chamber of Business and their immediate families
** Employees of the companies sponsoring giveaways and their immediate families may not apply for the prize(s) being given by their employer.

Competition Period :
** Promotion commences 1 February 2017 and ends 28 February 2017.
** Entries submitted after this date will not be eligible.
** Individuals are entered into the competition and eligible to win by entering via an E-mail or an inbox message on the Facebook page of Business Hi-Lite

Emails and messages must have the following in order to be eligible :
** the giveaway company’s name
** the correct answer to the question.
** the name and contact information of the entrant

** All details of entrants will be kept private and will not be used without their approval.
** The prize winners will be contacted at the end of the competition period. The winners will be notified by email.

** The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries submitted. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, name, email address and location) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

** If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of an entrant.
** Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.

** Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
** If this promotion is interfered with in any way, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to disqualify any entrant or (b) subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
