Brutal Fruit Valentines Competition

Rules :
1. This promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by The South African Breweries (Proprietary) Limited (“Promoter”) and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.

3. The Competition begins on 1 February 2017 and ends on 28 February 2017 (“Competition Period”).
4. There are R1000.00 CASH prizes for 28 lucky winners (one per day on Facebook for each day of the Competition Period) and R1000.00 CASH prizes for 28 lucky winners (one per day on Twitter for each day of the Competition Period).

5. To enter, visit Brutal Fruit’s Facebook .facebook.com/brutalfruitsa OR Twitter page twitter.com/brutalfruitsa and comment/respond on that week’s relevant post/question with your answer and send before the Competition end time for that particular week.

6. To be entered into the draw for the particular Competition day, the Participant must respond correctly either on Facebook or Twitter to the post/question for that week before 23:59 on the day of that week.

7. All Participants will be contacted once via Direct message notifying them that they’ve been shortlisted to win. Included in this message will be a unique code. The Participant will be instructed to dial *120*4625*CODE# which enters them into the daily winner draw

8. The winner will be contacted daily via Twitter or Facebook Direct Message (depending on the platform they entered the competition on), once a day.
9. Only 1 CASH prize will be awarded per winner during the Competition Period.
10. The prizes cannot be transferred.

11. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of winner/s, provided that any winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any winner/s to verify their eligibility.

12. All Participants and winners indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever connected to or arising out of their participation in any way in this Competition.
