Win a Smokey Joe Weber Braai Promotion :

1. The Promoter is On Line Advertising (“The Promoter”) In Conjunction With Pioneer Foods (Pty) Ltd.

2. The Competition is open to all South African Residents above the age of 18 years who are in possession of a valid identity document, except for directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, the marketing service providers, Pioneer Foods (Pty) Ltd and/or any of its subsidiaries (hereafter referred to as “Pioneer Foods”) in respect of the Promotional Competition, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or anyone who within a period of 183 days preceding this Competition has won any competition organised, promoted, or conducted by Pioneer Foods and/or any of its subsidiaries, who resides at the same address as such a Winner, or who uses the same telephone number to enter this Competition.

3. This Competition commences on 15 September 2016 and closes on 23 October 2016 at 23h59 South African time (“promotional period”). All entries must be received before the closing date and time specified. No entries received after the Competition closes, will be considered and any entries received before or after this date and time will be rejected automatically.

4. The Prizes to be won are the following :
** 1 x 37cm Smokey Joe Weber Braai for each of the participating Shoprite/Checkers stores
** Prizes are not transferable and will not be exchanged for cash or other prize
** Prize may differ slightly from that shown in the visual used to promote the competition

5. All persons (“the entrants”) entering the Shoprite/Checkers Win A Weber Competition (“the promotional competition”) agree that the competition rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on them. A copy of these terms and conditions is available at .bokomo.co.za

6. Important Notice :
a. These terms and conditions and competition rules contain certain terms and conditions which appear in similar text style to this clause and which:
i. may limit the risk or liability of the promoter or a third party; and/or
ii. may create risk or liability for the entrant; and/or
iii. may compel the entrant to indemnify the promoter or a third party; and/or
iv. serves as an acknowledgement, by the entrant, of a fact.
v. the entrant cannot be a juristic entity and must be an individual;

b. The entrant’s attention is drawn to these terms and conditions because they are important and should be carefully noted.

c. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the entrant or the promoter in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“the CPA”).

d. The entrant acknowledges that by submitting his or her entry to the competition he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these terms and conditions before entering and the he/she understands and agrees to the terms and conditions.

7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter and/or Pioneer Foods reserve the right to substitute the Prize with a similar prize which may be or may not be the same or greater value.

8. In order to stand a chance of winning, Entrants must buy any three (3) x Safari Salad products, then SMS “Safari”, the store name at which the product was purchased and the entrants name to 33761. Entrants to retain their till slip as proof of purchase.

9. SMS’s will be charged at standard SMS rates Free SMS’s do not apply.
10. All valid entries received per participating store will go into a lucky draw to stand a chance of winning the 37cm Smokey Joe Weber Braai in that specific store.
11. The draw will take place within 2 weeks of the promotional closing date and winners will be notified within 1 week of the draw having taken place.

12. Winners will be required to produce their till slips which shall include a date as per the promotional period to show proof that they have purchased at least 3 x Safari Salad products. If they cannot produce their till slip, they will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to the next valid entry drawn.
