** The name of the campaign is “Apply for an Ackermans Account Card and receive P200 off your first purchase which must be to the value of P500 or more.

** The competition will run from 1 February 2017– 15 March 2017.
** To qualify for the offer, you have to apply for an Ackermans Account Card between 1 February 2017 – 15 March 2017, activate your card in-store and make a first purchase on your account for P500 or more between 1 February 2017 – 15 March 2017.
** The offer is open to all customers only within Botswana.

You are not eligible to participate in this competition if :
a. You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Pepkor Group of companies, its affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition;
b. You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member, business partner or associate of the persons specified in 5 (a) above;

** Customers will only qualify once for this offer.
** Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
** Customers who have met the conditions of the offer will be credited with P200 on their account the following working day after the first purchase has been made.
** Winners give Ackermans and its authorized agents consent to use their names for publicity purposes, unless refused.
** Ackermans reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Ackermans and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Ackermans.

** By participating in this competition, you consent to (i) the processing of your personal information by Ackermans and other companies in the Pepkor group, any of their operators, agents and sub-contractors (who may be outside South Africa) on the condition that they will keep such information confidential;

(ii) the collection of your personal information from any other source to supplement the personal information which Ackermans has about you;

(iii) the retention by Ackermans of your personal information for as long as permitted for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention and marketing purposes; (iv) Ackermans using your personal information to send you information about products, services, and special offers of the various companies in the Pepkor group that may be of interest or value to you.

** You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying Ackermans in writing or by registering a block on any registry which Ackermans is bound by law to recognise.
