Winning with Wayde Promotion Terms & Conditions :

** The name of the Promotion is “Winning with Wayde”.
** The Promotion commences 15 September 2016 and ends 31 December 2016.

The Promotion :
** Any person participating in this promotion (“Promotion”) does so on acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

** Phoneworx, Defy Appliances (Pty) Ltd (“Defy”), and Hirsch, Taffelberg and Kloppers(Pty) Ltd are collectively referred to as the “Promoters” in respect of the Promotion for purposes of these Terms and Conditions

** The Promotion will run from 15 September 2016 until 31 December 2016 after which date the Promotion will automatically lapse and no further entries will be accepted.

** This Promotion is open to all persons of the age 18 years or older and resident in South Africa at the time of entry, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, Promoters’ advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.
** Winners will need to produce their ID book to validate that they are over the age of 18.

Promotion :
** In order to enter the Promotion, consumers must purchase any Defy appliance at any participating Hirsch, Taffelberg and Kloppers outlet during the promotional period.

** Upon purchasing any Defy appliance, the customer must dial the USSD number (*120*7357#) found on the in store point of sale, and follow the prompts
** Customer needs to input their invoice number, found on their till slip.
** The cost of the USSD line is R0.60 per 60 seconds. Incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be billed.

** No entries by post or any other form will be accepted.
** Only one reward per purchase is allowed.
** Till slips must be retained for proof of purchase.
** Entries limited to five per person over the promotional period.

** The consumer’s entry will be withdrawn if any goods purchased in connection with the Promotion are returned by the consumer before the competition entry data file is extracted for purposes of doing the draw.

Reward :
** The reward is 2 x exclusive Wayde van Niekerk signature range of appliances.
** The range consists of 3 appliances ONLY per range
** Appliance range include DFF420, DWD316, DGS162 valued at R 50 000 per range.
** Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole, and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

** Rewards cannot be exchanged for an alternative Reward and no negotiations will be entered into.
** Winners shall be notified via telephone and/or email. Participants must therefore ensure that the Promoters have their correct, updated details.
** The Promoters reserve the right to replace the offer with one of equal or greater value.
