Top Billing Woolworths R1000 Gift Card Competition :
1. Introduction
1.1. The Top Billing, Woolworths R 1 000.00 Gift Card Competition (Competition) will be run by Tswelopele Productions (Pty) Ltd in association with Woolworths (Pty) Ltd (Organisers/we/us/our).

1.2. Each person entering the Competition (entrants/you/your) and/or accepting a Prize in terms of this Competition agrees and accepts that the Competition rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on him/her.
2. Competition Period
2.1. The Competition includes 5 (five) prize draws (Prize Draws) for which the respective entry periods (Entry Periods) will be as follows:
2.1.1. Entries for the first Prize Draw will open at 20h00 Thursday, 22 December 2016 and will close at 23h59 Monday, 26 December 2016.
2.1.2. Entries for the second Prize Draw will open at 20h00 Thursday, 29 December 2016 and will close at 23h59 Monday, 2 January 2017.
2.1.3. Entries for the third Prize Draw will open at 20h00 Thursday, 5 January 2017 and will close at 23h59 Monday, 9 January 2017.
2.1.4. Entries for the fourth Prize Draw will open at 20h00 Thursday, 12 January 2017 and will close at 23h59 Monday, 16 January 2017.
2.1.5. Entries for the fifth Prize Draw will open at 20h00 Thursday, 19 January 2017 and will close at 23h59 Monday, 23 January 2017.
3. Who can enter
3.1. In order to be eligible to enter the Competition:
3.1.1. you must be a legal, permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa;
3.1.2. if you are younger that 18 (eighteen) years of age, you must be assisted by a parent/legal guardian, who approves of, and consents to you entering the Competition and to your possession and use of the prize; and
3.1.3. you must be a natural person.
3.2. Notwithstanding clause 3.1, you are not eligible to enter this Competition if:
3.2.1. you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Organisers, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Organisers;
3.2.2. you are an immediate family member of any of the persons specified in clause 3.2.1; or
3.2.3. you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition.
4.How to Enter
4.1. To enter any 1 (one) or more of the Prize Draws, tell us where you spotted the top hat that will appear on screen during the broadcast of Top Billing on the respective dates specified in 4.2 below by SMSing the keyword “TOP” followed by your answer (1 or 2) and your name to 33727 within the Entry Period for the relevant Prize Draw you wish to enter:
4.2. The broadcast dates referred to in 4.1 above will be as follows:
4.2.1. Thursday 22 December 2016 with respect to the first Prize Draw;
4.2.2. Thursday 29 December 2016 with respect to the second Prize Draw;
4.2.3. Thursday 5 January 2017 with respect to the third Prize Draw;
4.2.4. Thursday 12 January 2017 with respect to the fourth Prize Draw;
4.2.5. Thursday 19 January 2017 with respect to the fifth Prize Draw;
4.3. Two options for where the top hat was hidden during each broadcast will be given on screen during the broadcast as well as posted on the Top Billing Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/topbillingtv/) during each respective Entry Period.
4.4. Each episode of Top Billing is repeated on the Sunday following the Thursday broadcast during which you will have a second opportunity to spot the top hat.
4.5. Only entries received during the Entry Period for each respective Prize Draw as stated above will be considered for that Prize Draw.
4.6. Once you meet the requirements set out in clause 3 above and this clause 4, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
4.7. You may enter the Competition as many times as you like to increase your chances of winning.
4.8. SMS’ will be charged at R 1.00 (one rand) per SMS entry. Free or bundled SMS’ do not apply.
5. The Prize
5.1. Each winner will receive 1 (one) R 1 000.00 (one thousand Rand) Woolworths voucher (Voucher/Prize).
5.2. The Prize excludes all items not mentioned in clause 6.1.
5.3. The Prize must be redeemed within 36 (thirty-six) months from the determination of the Winner, failing which it will be forfeited and the Winner shall have no claim against us.
5.4. The Voucher may be presented as payment for purchases at participating Woolworths stores and use of the Voucher shall be subject to standard terms and conditions for such Vouchers as promulgated by Woolworths.
