Win one of 100 TV’s Competition Rules :

Introduction :
** Hisense SA Sales Holding (Pty) Ltd (“Promoter”, “we”, or “us”) is running a promotional competition.

** Purchase any qualifying Hisense smartphone with a MTN starter pack from selected retail stores and stand a chance to win 1 of 100 LED TVS by SMSing “HisenseMTN” to 48868 and completing the form provided in the mobi-link.

Definitions :
In this Agreement :
** Participant or your mean’s the person who purchases a Hisense Mobile phone and MTN starter pack
** Promoter means Hisense SA Sales Holding (Pty) Ltd or its agencies used to promote this Competition.

** Questionnaire means the questionnaire (either in printed or electronic format) that a Participant can access through {.hisense.co.za} and that you must fill out completely to stand a chance to win a prize.

Duration :
** The competition will run from 15 November 2016 to 31 Jan 2017. Draws will take place at the within Feb 2017.
** The Competition is conducted by the Promoter and its third party contractors.

** No one who is a director, employee or agent of or consultant to us or who is a spouse, life partner, close family member, business partner, or associate to a director, employee or agent of or consultant to us may take part or enter the Competition.

** This Competition is only open to legal residents of the South Africa.
** Entrants under the age of 18 must have obtained their legal guardian’s consent to enter the competition.

** We will assume that any entrant under the age of 18 has obtained their guardian’s consent.
** You must have a valid South African delivery address and ID when claiming a prize.
** Entry into this competition is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

** We may disqualify any entrant if we believe you have breached the rules, breached any applicable law, or infringed our or any other person’s intellectual property rights.
** Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.

How to enter :
To enter you must :
Step 1: Purchase any of the Qualifying handsets: U601s, U972, L675, U989, F20, F31 and E76 with a MTN starter pack at selected retail stores

Step 2: SMS “HisenseMTN” to 48868. We will send you an SMS containing a URL link to a Mobi Site

Step 3: Enter all the required details the form provided in the mobi-link (name, surname, IMEI number, contact number, region where product was purchased including proof of purchase invoice number

** You may only enter once per purchase of a participating product.
** You may only win one prize per valid entry.

** For an entry to be valid, you must fill in the form completely and truthfully and keep the invoice of proof of purchase
** Entries made after 31 January 2017 will not be accepted.

** We are not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
** Entries that are generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be void.

** Consumer Protection Act. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), we need to keep records of all the people used to promote the Promotional Competition.
** We (or one of our subcontractors or affiliates) will keep this agreement for three years to serve as the record as required by the CPA.

Promotional Competition Reward :
The prizes are :
** Win 1 of 100 Hisense LED TV’s (as chosen by Hisense) these are dependent on product availability and can be changed without notice in accordance to Hisense’s decision.
** Redeeming prizes: We will award prizes after the close of the competition within a reasonable time.

Transportation of prizes :
** Transportation will be arranged for delivery to the winners within reasonable time of winner being announced.

Limitation to using your prize :
** Certain conditions may apply to redeeming your prize (for example peak time restrictions).
** We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by you not being able to use the prize at a time that is convenient for you.
