** This Promotional Competition is organized by Little Green Beverages, FreshStop and/or their designated agencies (collectively ‘’Promoters’’).

** Participants need to be permanent residents and citizens of South Africa and over the age of 18.
** By entering the Promotional Competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules.
Promotional period: 02 November – 04 December 2016
** Participants stand a chance to win 1 of 8 Garmin Vivo Active watches (“Prize”) to the value of R4 500 each.
Participating products: 500ml Refreshhh, 440ml Refreshhh Energy Drink OR 2 x 500ml Food Lover’s Carbonated Soft Drinks.
Participating stores: FreshStop stores
** Participants must then SMS the word ‘REFRESHHH’ along with the unique 5 digit till slip number to 40957.
** SMS’s charged at R1.00. Free SMS’s and SMS bundles do not apply.
** Participants must retain their till slip as proof of purchase.
** The draw will take place on 12 December 2016 (‘Draw Date”).
** Participants, whose entrees have been drawn and have been confirmed as valid after the verification process, will be notified telephonically within 1 (one) week from the Draw Date and declared a winner.
** Participants may enter this Promotional Competition as many times as they wish provided they purchase the Participating Products and retain their till slip each time. However, participants are only eligible for 1 (one) Prize under this Promotional Competition and only 1 (one) winner per household is entitled to win a Prize.
** Participants may not enter this Competition or be a winner if they have won a competition promoted by Promoter within the past 6 (six) months.
** Prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash and the Promoters are not liable for any defect in the Prizes.
** Promoters reserve the right to substitute prizes with any other prize of comparable commercial value.
