Magnum Creme Brulee Kiss Competition Terms & Condition :

** The Magnum Crème Brûlée Kiss competition will run on Facebook and Twitter only.
** The competition will run from 1st September 2016 until midnight on the 31st December 2016.

** There will be 16x weekly winners and 1x grand prize winner.

The Magnum Crème Brûlée Kiss competition has two competition mechanics :
1. SMS the last 4 digits of the barcode :
** Participants must enter the competition by SMSing the last 4 digits of the barcode found on Magnum Crème Brûlée Kiss packs purchased in order to stand a chance to WIN the grand prize which is an all-expenses paid trip for two to Paris, France.

** Participants must enter the competition by SMSing the last 4 digits of the barcode found on Magnum Crème Brûlée Kiss packs purchased in order to stand a chance to WIN weekly French-inspired prizes.

** In response to their SMS, the participant will receive an SMS response asking them to enter their best #ParisPout online to stand a chance to WIN weekly French-inspired prizes.

2. See a #ParisPout post on social media :
** Participants can also see a post with the hashtag #ParisPout online, and post their own #ParisPout in response, and automatically be entered into the draw to stand a chance to WIN a weekly French-inspired prize.

Condition :
1. This promotional competition (“Competition”) is organised by Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Promoter”) and is open to all South African residents over the age of 18 years, except the employees and their immediate families of Promoter, Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.

3. The Competition begins on 1st September 2016 and ends midnight (12am) on 31st December 2016. Winners will be selected weekly and announced on a monthly basis. Winners will be notified via telephone after selection on a weekly basis.

Grand Prize : A Trip to Paris!
4. Only one winner will be selected to win an overseas trip to Paris valued at R100 000. The Prize consists of:
4.1. Return economy class travel exiting Johannesburg, including allowance for domestic flights;
4.2. Travel Insurance;
4.3. All airport taxes and fuel levies;
4.4. All transfers;
4.5. Daily breakfast & dinner;
4.6. 5 nights hotel accommodation in Paris;
4.7. A Schengen visa (own transport to and from Visa offices)

5. The prize is for 2 people only.

6. 2 months lead time is required before travel to ensure bookings can be made and allows time for visa processing. The winner must be in possession of a valid South African Passport enabling them to make the trip. The South African passport (not an emergency passport) must be valid for at least 6 months after return and have 4 clear facing pages.

7. The winner will forfeit the prize for failure to obtain a VISA for any reason whatsoever. Any documentation required by the Promoter to process the prize must be submitted to the Promoter within 1 month from the date when the winner was announced.

8. If a prize winner is not available during the travel dates and times, or does not comply with the travel documentation requirements (on announcement date of the winners), he/she will forfeit the prize another winner will be selected.

9. The prize winner must undertake that he/she is in good health and is fit to take the trip and participate in all the planned activities. Any existing illnesses, injuries or chronic conditions must be disclosed to the organizers on notification of winning the prize.

10. Any extension of the trip or other travel will be at the winners own cost.
11. Any additional expenses, including but not limited to spending, falls outside of the stipulated prize and will be for the prize winner’s own account.
12. The prizes are not exchangeable for cash and not transferable, under any circumstances.
