An application fee must be paid for every application, except in the case of most graduates of UCT. Please refer to the fee structure for more information. Applications for Graduate School of Business (GSB) cannot be processed through this payment gateway. Please ensure that you submit your request timeously. The processing timeline will strictly be adhered to. In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may not request for a third party. Requests will take a minimum of four working days to process and courier delivery (if applicable) will be made in 1-4 business days thereafter (depending on location). You will only receive delivery information after your parcel has been handed over to the courier. Payments made in error will not be refunded. Queries can be directed to the Student Records Office at reg-records@uct.ac.za

Student behaviour is governed by the institutional rules set out by UCT Council in Handbook 3. This payment portal is for payment of fines as the outcome (Admission of guilt, Convicted) of engagement with the University Student Disciplinary Tribunal process. Please be advised you do not need to send proof of payment. Our office will receive the relevant notification automatically once the successful payment has been made
