Eligibility of Tru Cape Refresh Competition

** This competition is open to all South African residents over the age of eighteen (18) years (any persons under the age of eighteen (18) must have their parent/guardian’s permission before entering). 1.2. The following persons are not eligible to enter:
** Directors, members, business partners, employees, sales agents, advertising agency staff, advisors, or consultants of Tru-Cape, its associated companies, service providers, and the immediate family members of these persons (including their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, and sisters).
** Main prize winners from Tru-Cape competitions within the last two (2) years.

How To Enter in the Tru Cape Refresh Competition?

To enter the #TruCapeRefresh competition, participants must:
** Purchase a bag of Tru-Cape fruits and retain their receipt.
** Share their proof of purchase via social media messengers (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram DM) as instructed on Tru-Cape’s official social media pages.

Prizes are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection and Notification:
1. Winners will be selected through a random draw.
2. Weekly prize draws will be conducted throughout the competition period to encourage ongoing participation.
3. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided during their entry.
4. Prize winners must allow 30 days for delivery from the end date of the competition.
5. Should a winner not respond within two (2) weeks of notification, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be drawn.
