Eligibility of Beacon Christmas Competition

The Participant must be
** A natural person and may not be a juristic person;
** 18 (eighteen) years or older; and
** A permanent resident or citizens of the Republic of South Africa.

How To Enter in the Beacon Christmas Competition?

To enter this Promotional Competition Participants must:
** Look out for weekly advent calendar posts on Beacon treats social media, follow instructions on the post to complete his/her entry.
** A person cannot win more than 1 (one) Prize in this Promotional Competition.
** The Promoter is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this Promotional Competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
** Entries which are unclear, illegible or contain errors will be declared invalid.

Prizes of Beacon Christmas Competition

** 8 (eight) Apple iStore vouchers valued at R10,000 (ten thousand rand) each.
** A person cannot win more than 1 (one) Prize in this Promotional Competition.
** The Winners will be selected by an audited random draw and will be notified via a Direct Message (“DM”) or a comment on his/her post, within 2 (two) weeks of the selection having taken place.
** Following notification, the Winners will, be given 24 (twenty-four) hours to provide the relevant information (set out in clause 7.4 below) in order to claim/redeem his/her Prize.
** In the event that any of the Winners i) cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so or ii) fail to respond within the timeline, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another Winner in substitution.
** The names of the Winners will be available on the consumer care line. Any queries in this regard may be directed to the Tiger Brands consumer care line 0860101107.
** Any prize not taken up for any reason within the Redeemable Period will be forfeited.

Note:
** There will be 8 (eight) Winners selected during the course of this Promotional Competition.
** By participating in the Promotional Competition, the Winner hereby accepts that the Winner will be asked to take part in further publicity relating to the Promotional Competition, with the Winner’s permission, the Promoter may incorporate the Winner in publicity campaigns or allow their names and likenesses to be used for promotional purposes aligned with the Promoter’s business, including but not limited to posting photos to the Promoter’s website, Facebook and other social media pages.
** The Winners may be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity before claiming their Prizes.
** All Winners will be required to provide their names, ID numbers/passport numbers and contact details and to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the Prize (if required).
** The Participants consent, by taking part in the competition to the Promoter using the personal information collected through the Promotional Competition to adjudicate the Promotional Competition and for future marketing purposes by the Promoter themselves.
** Where Participants/ Winners consent to take part in the Promoter’s publicity campaigns, they will not be entitled to any remuneration for such participation and all materials arising from such participation will be the sole property of the Promoter.
