Skills Programme Competition Terms & Conditions :

1. Campaign :
** These terms and conditions govern the Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology – “Register for a Skills Programme & Stand a Chance to Win a Vodacom Cell phone” Competition (“the Competition”).

2. Campaign Period :
2.1 The campaign is open to students who fully register from the 26th August 2016 and valid till the 31st October 2016.
2.2 The competition will be held over 9 weeks and at the end of the competition the winners will be announced.

3. Who may Enter :
3.1 The competition is open to members, partners, directors, employees, agents or consultants of RGI or their affiliated companies, agencies, service providers, contractors and members of their immediate or extended family.
3.2 By participating in the campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions. This competition is only open for Skills programmes.
3.3 To redeem your voucher, you will need to visit any of our nearest campus to you.

4. How to Enter :
4.1 Visit any of our nearest campus to register for any Skills programmes or view our website, Facebook page, Twitter to enter the competition.
4.2 In order to qualify, the application fee of R250 and full deposit of R1000 must be paid upon registration of the programme.
4.3 The discount is 20% on the total cost of the skills programme and applies to courses priced from R2990 to R5990.
4.4 For skills programme registrations the discount is valid from the 26 August 2016 to the 31 October 2016 only.

5. How Will Winners Be Notified:
5.1 Winners will be notified by telephone during the course of the following week and a confirmation letter will also be sent to the winners by email.
5.2 RGI will also publish the winners on the Institutions Facebook page, Twitter, radio, press, print, unless the winner requests the Institution not to do so.

6. Refund/Transfers/SWOPs Policy:
6.1 Your prize is not redeemable for cash, nor is it exchangeable or transferable.
6.2 You will be required to bring along your 2G phone to swop out for 3G phone.

7. General :
7.1 In addition, your access to any website or application required for participation will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the respective service providers.
7.2 Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology (Pty) Limited (“RGI”) shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the campaign.
7.3 This voucher applies to either the cash price or the instalment price payment plan depending on which OPTION the student chooses.

7.4 If RGI is legally required to alter any aspect of the campaign or to terminate the campaign, RGI will have the right to do so without prior notice. RGI, its service providers, suppliers and campaign sponsors shall not be liable for such alteration or cancellation.

7.5 RGI and any of the campaign organisers or sponsors will use the personal information you give us for no other purpose other than facilitation of the campaign, compliance with applicable legislation and promotion of future campaigns.

7.6 These Terms and Conditions are available on .richfield.ac.za and a copy is displayed on the notice board.

7.7 Please contact us on 0860 321 321 (weekdays during office hours 08h00 – 16h30) if you do not understand any part of these rules or if you have any questions about these rules or the competition. By entering the competition, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound to these rules.

7.8 An auditor will oversee the prize allocation process in order to ensure fairness and correctness.
