Eligibility of Vincent Park Holly Jolly Christmas Competition

The Competition is open to all Vincent Park, resident in the greater Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipal area who are in possession of a valid identity document or valid passport, except for any director, member, partner, employee, agent, consultant, and tenant of the Promoters, the marketing service providers and/or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. A minor who enters the competition undertakes that he/she does so with his/her parent’s/legal guardian’s consent.

How To Enter in the Vincent Park Holly Jolly Christmas Competition?

To enter the Competition, a Participant will be required to comply with the following T and C:
** Spend R400 (Four Hundred Rands) or more at any tenant or vendor of Vincent Park Shopping Mall during the Competition Period.
** Cumulative spend is not permitted (that is, a total per transaction value of R400 or more is required and not more than one transaction all with a total transaction value of R400).
** Complete the competition entry by writing your name and contact number on the merchant receipt / slip and deposit it into an official competition entry box.
** Only one entry per transaction is permitted – so one valid entry per sales receipt. Multiple transactions may be entered, provided that each separate entry is associated with a unique sales receipt or slip.

** The prize consists of Vincent Park gift cards, branded merchandise, and premium items from the Vincent Park retailers.
** The Winner of the Prize will be determined by means of a random draw from all the correct entries received over the Competition period.
** The Prize is not transferable and the Prize will not be changed or deferred for any reason whatsoever.
** The Winner(s) will be announced daily from 16 December until 22 December between 14h30 and 17h30 daily.
** An identity document or drive’s Licence must be presented for verification and authentication purposes upon collection of prize(s). No ID or Driver’s Licence – no prize.
