** Customer Online is a convenient and accessible tool that enables you to retrieve your personal medical scheme information in a safe and secure environment, 24 hours a day.

Customer Online allows you to :
** update your personal and contact details;
** request a membership card;
** view your contribution details;
** view your claims, claims statements and benefit usage;
** receive email confirmations when your claims are processed;
** check chronic and hospital authorisations; and
** download your membership and tax certificate.
** In addition, Customer Online will provide you with health information that is relevant to your personal health condition.
** Since Customer Online provides you with direct access to all of these facilities, you can save on phone calls to our Client Service Team.
** To access Customer Online and to utilise these facilities, you need to create a personal identification number (PIN) – have your identification number at hand.
** To register for a PIN, follow the simple instructions below.

** Click on ‘Register’ in the ‘Login’ box.
** The system will open a page entitled ‘Apply Online’.
** Complete the required fields on that page and click on ‘Submit’.
** The system will automatically send you an email confirming your PIN.
** If you already have a PIN but have forgotten it, follow the simple instructions below to assist you in retrieving your PIN.
How to Retrieve PIN?
** Visit .pnpms.co.za.
** Click on ‘Forgot your PIN?’ in the ‘Login’ box.
** The system will open a page entitled ‘Retrieve PIN’.
** Complete the required fields on that page and click on ‘Submit’.
** The system will automatically send you an email confirming your PIN.
** You need to ensure that the email address that the Scheme has on record for you is your preferred email destination.
