Eligibility of Maggi Facebook Led Gen Competition

This Competition is limited to legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.

In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition:
1. Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees, or consultants of Nestlé.
2. Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified above.
3. People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
4. Persons under the age of 18 years.

How to Enter in the Maggi Facebook Led Gen Competition?

1. To participate in this competition, participants are required to sign up and complete the prompted form generated from the lead gen ad posted by Maggi on Facebook. All unique/positive entries will be entered into a random draw to stand a chance to win the below prizes.
2. Participants may only enter this competition once over the Promotional Period.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, participants must sign up and complete the prompted form generated by the lead gen ad during the Promotional Period in order to be eligible participants in this Competition.

Participants in this Competition stand a chance to Win one of MAGGI® hampers featuring: a branded shopping bag, branded apron, bottle of MAGGI Lazenby Worcestershire Sauce (250ml), MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce (375ml) and a MAGGI Chicken Multipack.

Claiming your Prize:
1. All positive entries will be entered into a random draw that will be held on the following date 6 July 2024.

2. A total of 30 (thirty) winners will be selected from the above-mentioned draw.

3. At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive a telephone call from a representative of Nestlé at which point he/she may be required to answer a few questions regarding his/her eligibility as well as be requested to submit certain documents such as a copy of his/her Republic of South Africa Identity Document (“ID”) and/or driver’s license to Nestlé’s representative.

4. A potential prize winner is not an actual winner at the time of being contacted. Contact is made with a potential prize winner to ensure that the required information is available.

5. Once the entry has been validated, the mobile number and/or email address of the potential winner is placed into a randomised draw process from which they could be selected as the final winner.

6. The final winner may be required to submit additional documentation as determined by Nestlé. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will be executed subject to the terms and conditions herein.

7. A potential prize winner will also have 48 hours to produce the relevant documentation before forfeiting the prize and a runner up is chosen.

8. If Nestlé is unable to reach any of the potential prize winners after 3 (three) attempts made within 3 (three) working days of their mobile number and/or email address being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers or no answer, such a potential winner will be disqualified and a redraw will be executed.

9. A potential prize winner will also have 48 hours to produce the relevant documentation before forfeiting the prize and a runner up is chosen.
