Who Can Participate in the Sunbake Volume Driver Competition?

This Competition is open to all residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older. No director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to the Promoter, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Promotion, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members may enter this Competition.

How To Participate in the Sunbake Volume Driver Competition?

1. To enter this Competition, Participants must:
** buy any Sunbake bread promotional pack;
** find their unique code inside the bag;
** dial *120*7952*unique code# and follow the instructions to enter;
** upon entering, Participants will be asked to enter their unique codes to enter the competition.
2. USSD calls are charged at 20 (twenty) cents for every 20 (twenty) seconds on the USSD line. Free minutes do not apply.
3. Multiple entries are permitted within the competition dates, using a new unique code for every entry.
4. Participants are eligible to win more than once, provided that a new unique code is used for each entry.
5. Entries which are unclear, illegible or contain errors will be declared invalid.
6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
7. A Participant’s entry(s) may be restricted if it is believed that their entries are excessive and any future entries and the entrant’s profile may be blocked until investigated.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry if any act of fraud or dishonesty is suspected, including without limitation, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.
9. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed entries for any reason whatsoever, and proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not liable for any technical failures affecting the participation and/or Prize redemption process of the Competition.
10. In the event that entry into this Competition is contingent on the Participant entering any website or social media page or application, the Participant hereby acknowledges that any and all costs associated with the required internet connection will not constitute a cost of entering into this Competition and shall be borne solely by the Participant.

Prizes of Sunbake Volume Driver Competition

A Participant stands a chance of winning a share of R250,000.00 (two hundred and Fifty thousand Rand) in cash vouchers in denominations of R250.00 (two hundred and fifty Rand) redeemable at any STANDARD BANK ATM.

To redeem their Prize, the Participant will:
1. If STANDARD BANK cash send is selected, receive a PIN which can be used to withdraw the cash payout from any ABSA ATM. The PIN will be sent via SMS only to the number that the Participant used to enter the Competition. It is the responsibility of the Participant to ensure that the number they used to enter into the Competition can receive an SMS.

2. The PIN is only valid for a period of [number in numerals] days from the time of receipt, within which the Participant is able to redeem their Prize. Should a Participant lose their PIN, the Participant may, within the day period, request a new PIN by sending an email to [email address].

3. The new PIN will be sent via SMS only to the number the Participant used to enter the Competition. Should the Participant fail to request the PIN and redeem the Prize within 30 (thirty) days then the Participant will be deemed to have rejected the Prize, and the Prize shall revert to the Promoter.
