** Your child is invited to write the Scholarship Examinations, for the 2018 Grade Eight intake, at St Martin’s High School, 114 Victoria Street, Rosettenville, at 08h00 on Saturday 11 March 2017.

** Please note that scholarships could range between 10% and 50% of tuition fees.
** The balance of school fees will be the responsibility of the parents/guardian.

On the day of the Scholarship Examination the following documentation will be required :
** A completed Application Form (download from .stmartin.co.za)
** A certified copy of your child’s birth certificate
** Copies of the last TWO school reports (year and current term)

Here follows the proposed procedure for the 11 March 2017:
Parent Orientation :
07h30 – 08h00: Parents are to hand in completed documentation
08h00-09h00: Parents are welcome to join the Prefects on a tour of the school
09h00-09h30: Parents are welcome to tea in the gardens.
13h15: Parents can fetch their child

Scholarship Examination :

08h00-08h25: Biographical Information
08h30-09h30: Mathematics
09h40-10h40 : English
10h40-11h00: Refreshments
11h00-12h00: General Knowledge Paper
12h10-13h10: Afrikaans

** Please note that the results of the Scholarship Examination will be distributed in the first week of April.
** Should you not hear from the school by 30 April 2017, please telephone the school.
