Vencasa Delivery Information

** A standard R200 delivery fee is charged for all online purchases.
** Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 9 – 5pm excluding public holidays.
** Should you require a special delivery time, please email orders@vencasa.co.za to arrange, include order number on subject line.
** Your delivery will take place between 5 – 8 working days from receipt of payment.
** Customers can opt to collect items from either our Germiston warehouse or at their closest store. (Customer to notify of this request)
** Customer will be notified as soon as the item/order has been collected by the third-party courier service with tracking details.

Vencasa Returns & Exchanges

Vencasa respects consumer rights, and you have the option to return defective goods. We want to make your customer experience as enjoyable as possible. If you have purchased any goods and are having problems with them and would like to return them, we will gladly assist you. You may return the goods to any Vencasa showroom closest to you with no additional cost/expense to yourself, or we collect the goods at an additional cost and receive a full refund within 7 days if;

** You did not get the chance to properly check the goods when they were delivered;
** You received a mixture order, i.e. you received some of your order mixed with items you did not order;
** The items received are not suitable for the purpose marketed for and described on our website at the time of purchase
** Vencasa will refund you the full price paid for the goods if they are returned in the original unopened packaging;

Should you wish to return an item, please email dave@pharmaline.co.za. Mattresses are subjected to the 180 Comfort Exchange Guarantee, only if a mattress protector is purchased with the mattress.

Please Note:
Pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are non-refundable and cannot be returned once the original seal has been opened.

Vencasa The 180 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

** Is only available to residents who reside in South Africa.
** Is available on our TEMPUR & MAGNIFLEX range of mattresses and our adjustable sleep systems.
** Is only available for our standard size mattresses excluding any special size orders.
** Only applies to our adjustables if they are ordered together with a TEMPUR/MAGNIFLEX mattress.
** Is not applicable in the event of death.
** Is NOT available on any demo or floor-clearance items.
