What is Clientele Back To School Competition?

Clientele Back To School Competition 2023 is conducted by Clientèle Life Assurance Company Limited. You will qualify to participate in the Clientèle/IFA Back to School if you have a Clientèle/IFA Rewards product that is active during the competition period. Clientèle/IFA Perks and IFA Perks Plus is included. The competition runs from 28 December 2023 to midnight on 31 January 2024. Winners will get R1,000 Checkers vouchers. The winners will be announced on 10 February 2024.

Eligibility of Clientele Back To School Competition

You are entitled to participate in this competition if you
** are a natural person who is at least 18 years old and has a South African ID document
** have valid contact details
** downloaded the Clientèle/IFA App.

Note:
You may NOT participate if you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent of Clientèle Limited or its subsidiaries, or consultant to any of the Promoters or any other entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters, or if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner

How To Enter in the Clientele Back To School Competition?

You will qualify to participate in the Clientèle/IFA Back to School if you have a Clientèle/IFA Rewards product that is active during the competition period. Clientèle/IFA Perks and IFA Perks Plus is included.

You will obtain entry to the competition draw for each of the following:
** Used a Clientèle/IFA Rewards benefit during the promotional period.
** Qualification for entries will be determined based on the status of the above at midnight on 31 January 2024.
** There is no entry fee to enter this competition. Entries will be based on the criteria explained above;
** Entries will be at the discretion of CBC Rewards and will be communicated where applicable;
** The winners will be randomly chosen via a certified method of selection;
** The results will be verified by the Promoter’s internal auditing department;
** By entering this competition you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Prizes of Clientele Back To School Competition

1. Kindly take note that the following prize is available across Clientèle and IFA platforms;

Competition Prize:
5 x R1,000 Checkers vouchers

2. The winners will be announced on 10 February 2024;
3. The winners will be announced on the Clientèle/IFA App;
4. Prizes will be issued within 10 business days after the winners are announced and all vouchers will be delivered to the winners via the Clientèle or IFA App;
5. Prizes can only be redeemed through the Clientèle or IFA App. Winners will need to download either App to redeem a prize;

General Rules:
1. By participating in this competition, you agree to all the competition rules set out above, without exception.
2. The Promoters decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into, with the exception of the notification of the winners through the in App notification.
3. If a participant contravenes these rules, the participant may, in the Promoter’s discretion, be disqualified from the competition.
4. Income taxes relating to the prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
5. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
6. Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspect of the competition at any time at its sole discretion without liability.
7. Participants in the competition understand and agree that in order to offer the competition; the Promoter must collect and use personal information about participants. This competition is conducted under the terms of applicable privacy statements.
