May anyone buy from Duty Free online?
Only passengers with a valid Flight Ticket and Passport may order and purchase from Duty Free. A valid Boarding Pass, Passport and your Order Confirmation must be presented when collecting your purchases from the International Departing Airport. Please ensure that you collect your products from the main Big Five Duty Free collection point at least 1 hour before your flight. Please note: NO delivery options are available.

The O.R. Tambo International Big Five Duty Free shop is located between Departure Gates no.4 and no.5. The collection point will be clearly indicated on your Confirmation Order and in-store.
Will you deliver my ordered items to my shipping address?
All products ordered via .saairports.com can ONLY be collected at the pre-selected SA International Departing Airport if you have a valid boarding pass and passport. No deliveries and no exceptions will be made according to South African Legislation. Please ensure that you cancel your order for a refund if you have missed or cancelled your flight.
