Step 2 :
You will be guided into the page of tracking, and please input your order number, which should be FB?????NW (the order number you received from email or SMS). After that please click the TRACK button.
Step 3:
You will then able to see your order’s status like below sample.

If you see the message ‘We were unable to retrieve tracking information for ‘FB????NW’. Please try again later.’
Please make sure you used the correct order number; Or this could be we haven’t dispatched our order yet. Please kindly note we will need 1-5 working days to pack and dispatch your order. After we dispatched your parcels, our system will automatically send you tracking details via SMS or Email (Please make sure your contact details are correct). Thereafter you may track the order by the link we provided, however delivery status may take some time to reflect in the courier’s tracking system. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Due to the expensive shipping cost in South Africa, if your order was delivered and become less than R800 after you return part or whole of the order, please understand we will charge at least R99 as sent out shipping cost.

** For order in South Africa less than R800, we apply a R99 standard shipping charge.

When you place the order, please make sure your mobile number, email address, delivery address are all correct. If unfulfillment of the order is caused due to clients providing wrong contact information, the client will be responsible for all possible extra costs. And if customer requests for an order cancellation after order fulfillment failure which are caused by the wrong providing contact details, we will deduct 7% form total order amount as process fee, or customers can choose full order amount equivalent vouchers for future orders.
Return Shipping Cost Notice:
Due to the expensive express delivery costs in South Africa, please kindly note we do not provide free return services. If you decide to return the goods for reasons other than quality problems, please note we will charge both the send out shipping charge and the return shipping charge from your refund.
Big5 Cookware Factory Shop Lay-by Flow
Please provide your email so we can update you of order status.
Step 1 : Customer place the order in Big5 Cookware Factory Shop and choose ‘lay-by’ as the payment method when checkout.
Step 2 : First payment – We require at least 30% deposit for the first payment.
Step 3 : Big5 team will lock the lay-by stock.
Step 4 : Customer needs to complete the remaining balance within 90 days from the date of lay-by.
Step 5 : Courier will deliver the order to the customer.
