Call It Spring Returns Policy
The benefits under this Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) as well as any other applicable acts. The following policy is for online purchases.
Online Exchanges:
It is important to us that you are happy with your Call it Spring purchase. In the event that you wish to exchange your purchase we encourage you to exchange your item within one of our Call it Spring stores. If you would like to process the exchange via the online store, please could you email your order number and exchange request to CIShelp@frontierco.co.za We will get in touch within 24 hours to help you with the process.
Should you wish to exchange your item, the following two options are available:
You may personally visit your nearest Call it Spring store and we will gladly exchange your product provided it is for the same value or higher, unworn and in a sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging.
Or via courier back to our online store. Please remember to present your original invoice instore to assist with processing the exchange.
Online Refunds:
It is important to us that you are happy with your Call it Spring purchase. In the event that you wish to return your purchase for a refund email your order number and return request to CIShelp@frontierco.co.za. We will get in touch within 24 hours to help you with the process.
A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned. Cash refunds will not be provided, under any circumstances.
Refunds can be issued for unworn items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 14 days of your purchase. Call it Spring reserves the express right to determine whether the returned product is deemed sellable.
Exceptions include, but are not limited to:
** For hygiene purposes, earrings, socks, hair accessories and cosmetics may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
** No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27.
A refund will be provided to you by crediting your original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days from the day your return is processed for your account to be credited. (Can take up to 14 – 21 days from returned item received in the WH up to the client having their money back in their account due to receiving delays and Finance only release funds on Friday.)
