How To Track Tape Order Status?
You will receive an email when your order status changes. When your order has been collected by the couriers you will receive an email with a tracking number.

How do I use a Promo/Discount Coupon?
** Promo/Discount Coupons must be entered on the Cart page before proceeding to Checkout in order to add the discount.
** To add a Promo/Discount Coupon, go to the Cart and click Check Out, this will take you to the Cart Confirmation page.
** Enter the Promo/Discount Coupon code in the Coupon section and click Apply.
** Promo/Discount Coupons are case sensitive and are subject to Terms and Conditions.
Why is my Promo/Discount Coupon not working?
** Ensure that the account you are logged into is the same account that the Promo/Discount Coupon was sent to.
** Ensure that the Promo/Discount Coupon has not expired.
** Ensure that the Promo/Discount Coupon has been entered in correctly.
** You may only apply one Promo/Discount Coupon code per checkout.
How do I submit a return/exchange request?
** To log a return/exchange click “My Account” followed by “My Orders”.
** Select the item that you would like to return/exchange and complete your information and submit the request.
** Once it has been approved by TAPE your account will be credited with store credit.
How do I use my Store Credit?
** If you have Store Credit available, you will have the option to use this credit on the Cart page before you Check Out.
** Your Store Credit will be applied in the form of a Discount Coupon.
** You can view your available or used Store Credits by going to “My Account” and selecting “Store Credit”
Can I change my shipping address once my order has been submitted?
** Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address.
** Please contact us immediately once an order has been placed and we will assist if we can.
