** The promoter of this competition is Caxton Magazines (“the Promoter”).

** The Promoter and its employees (or members of their immediate families) together with their advertising and promotional agencies, promotional partners and printers as well as all Caxton Magazines-associated companies and outlet owners (or members of their immediate families including spouses, life partners, parents, children and siblings) (collectively referred to as “parties associated with the Promoter”) are not entitled to enter into this competition.

Acceptance :
** By entering the competition all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules, which will be interpreted by the Promoter, in their sole discretion and their decision regarding any dispute will be conclusive, final and binding and will not be challenged on any grounds, including without limitation, the grounds that the Promoter failed to act reasonably, fairly, in good faith or otherwise in accordance with the principles or procedural fairness.

How To Enter :
** The competition will start on 12 October 2016 and will close at midnight on 30 November 2016.

** The winner will be selected and notified by 31 December 2016.

** To enter this competition, you need to be a South African citizen or permanent resident of South Africa.

General prize info :
** Prize will be valid for travel from 01 February 2017 – 30 November 2017 (excluding peak season)
** Prize winner must be at least 18 years or older
** The prize is valid for 2 people travelling together and sharing a double/twin room.
** Prize winner must be a South African citizen and must be in possession of a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months from date of travel)
** Prize is based on specific airlines and hotels and will be subject to availability at the time of booking. If preferred dates are not available, alternatives will be provided
** All airport taxes will be the responsibility of the prize winner and payable at the time of booking
** Visa’s are required for South African passport holders, the cost of the visa is not included in the prize. Concierge Travel

Club does not take any responsibility for securing visas or passports for any of our travel prizes.
** Participation in our competitions constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the competition you are entering.
** By entering this competition you also consent to your details being used for marketing campaigns by Concierge Travel Club.

** Caxton Magazines and Concierge Travel Club will select the winners and winners will be notified by telephone or email. If winners are uncontactable (due to incorrect contact details) after 10 days of attempting to contact them, their prize will be forfeited.

** A prize may not be handed over to a winner when it is prohibited by law for the winner to use the prize. Winners must prove their eligibility to use the prize. Once the winner has been notified and the prize has been handed over, the winner must sign an acknowledgement of receiving the prize.

** The winner must provide valid proof of identity (a green bar-coded ID book, passport or drivers licence).
** Any extras not included in the prize, as stated above, will be at the expense of the winner.
** The validity period of the prize is from 1st February to 30th November 2017.
