You must reside in South Africa at the time of winning or receiving any prize in the Competition. Winner Selection of Pioneer Foods Fruitree Back To School Competition

(a) Entries will be entered into a draw and 200 winners will be selected at the end of the competition.
(b) Winners will be contacted directly within one week of the draw. The organisers will endeavour to contact the prize winners on the telephone number and address provided. If, however, they cannot be reached after 6 attempts have been made during business hours within a period of 72 hours for any reason whatsoever, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected in accordance with the competition rules.
(c) Prizes will be delivered to the winners within 2 weeks of confirmation of delivery of the prize delivery details for South African residents.
(d) Unless the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008) specifies differently, the judge’s decision is final.

Winner Verification and Prize Delivery:
The prize is not transferable. All winners must claim their prize within 30 days of the draw having taken place and at that time identify themselves with an identity document and sign a receipt for any prize received or provide an address for the delivery of prize. Failure to claim the prize or a refusal or inability to comply herewith will disqualify the winner and a new winner may be drawn in their place at the sole discretion of the Promoter
