Who Can Enter in the Local Choice A Vogel and Vicks Competition?

** Participants must be 18 years or older (or if a minor, must be duly assisted by their legal guardians) and have a valid identity document or passport during the period of the Competition (“Participants”/”you”/”your”).
** By entering this Local Choice A Vogel and Vicks Competition, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and The Local Choice’ decision regarding any issue with the Competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
** No responsibility will be accepted for any entry that is not delivered at The Local Choice head office, received or is delayed or damaged.

How To Enter in the Local Choice A Vogel and Vicks Competition?

To participate in the Local Choice A Vogel and Vicks Competition, you must:
1. hold a valid identity document and have adequate proof of residence as required by RICA laws;
2. Purchase advertised A Vogel products or Vicks Vaporub 50g, from 11 August until 14 September, at The Local Choice pharmacies and present your Choice Card membership;
3. Participants need to present their Choice Card (rewards program) at the Pay Point which will be entered automatically.
4. Prizes will randomly be awarded to participants with eligible entries and correct information on their Choice Card membership profile.
5. Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be eligible to be entered into the draw.
6. Entries are unlimited.
7. Entries must be by the Participant submitting them and not by a third party on the Participant’s behalf.

Prizes of Local Choice A Vogel and Vicks Competition

** The Local Choice A Vogel prize consists of a goodie hamper and the Vicks Vaporub 50g prize consist of a Teddy Bear Winners will be randomly selected from the Choice Card members entries by the system
** The prizes do not cover any other costs of the winner whatsoever.
** The Local Choice will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of incomplete or incorrect information provided.

Terms of Local Choice A Vogel and Vicks Competition

** The Local Choice reserve the right to shorten, extend, suspend the time period of the Competition or terminate the Competition whenever it should so choose for technical, commercial, or operational reasons, or for reasons beyond its control or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion.
** The Competition, its prizes, and terms and conditions may be amended by The Local Choice, at any time during the Competition, and will be applied and interpreted within their sole discretion.
