PE Home Store Manager :
Purpose Of The Job :
** To promote sales, reduce losses, manage stock, manage people and control expenses in order to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities :
** Increase sales by ensuring good customer service, maintenance of the store image, presentation and promotion of stock, stock management and correct pricing of products.
** Stock loss is minimised through compliance with security measures, stock and cash handling procedures.
** Drive a low cost business according to company standards
** Ensure administrative duties within the store are in accordance with company guidelines.
** Management of team – training, coaching and performance management of team members while maintaining the company culture.
Job Requirements :
** Grade 12
** Business related tertiary qualification would be an advantage
** Computer Literate
** Strong Leadership abilities – giving recognition and support, giving direction and guidance, communicating and interacting, service Orientation

Purpose Of The Job :
** To develop, drive and deliver a comprehensive Marketing strategy that is aligned to meeting PEP’s key initiatives, goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
** Take responsibility for the marketing function – e.g. people; data; customer loyalty; suppliers; budget; processes and IT development identification.
** Play a guardianship and directive role on the PEP brand.
** Drive a Marketing strategy that contributes to sales and profit growth.
** Increase customer loyalty and engagement.
** Deliver marketing campaigns and projects that reinforce the discounter image.
** Focus on data and customer insights strategy to capitalize on current products and identify new growth opportunities.
** Ensure the implementation of the Marketing strategy- including campaigns, events, digital marketing and promotions.
** Optimise traditional and digital marketing strategies to support current and future growth opportunities.
** Take responsibility for corporate social investment flagship or significant projects.
** Contribute thought leadership and play a proactive role as a member of the executive team.
Job Incumbent Requirements :
** Relevant tertiary qualification; Commercial or related degree.
** Minimum 3 years’ experience at executive level, and preferably with senior management experience in clothing retail.
** Ability to interact at a strategic level with confidence, gravitas, impact and influence.
** Solid understanding of the PEP market segment.
** Excellent communication and influencing skills.
** Ability to build and manage strong strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders e.g. ad agencies.
** Excellent leadership skills and an ability to inspire and mobilise a team.
** Ability to understand, analyse and interpret various internal and external factors that may impact the function and PEP.
** Ability to anticipate change and respond appropriately.
** Proactively identify and help scope new opportunities that will add value to PEP.
** Analytical ability, business and commercial acumen, initiative, focus and commitment to achieve results.
** Proven innovation and creative skills.
** Highly developed ethics, people relationship and interpersonal skills.
** Well-developed self-awareness and emotional maturity.
