I e mailed 2 days ago trying to get hospital authorization. No response. I have now been holding on by phone for more than 10 min. No response
My wife and I are members of Medihelp Medical aid . My membership number is 8037715. We are members of Medihelp since October 2022 . When we decided to use Medihelp Medical , Medihelp advised us that my wifes Oncology program can only begin on 01 January 2023.
In 2016 she was diagnosed to have breast cancer. She was operated on and treated and her cancer is currently in remission . She does however have to go for regular check up every six months at which time certain scan are needed , sometimes blood samples are required before visiting her doctor.
We are ready now to prepare the documentation needed by Medihelp to enrol her for Oncology benefits .She is Mrs R M Vos .
