Blue Route Mall Sunday Spin Competition is conducted and organized by the Blue Route Mall (“Mall“) and offered by Redefine Retail Proprietary Limited.

Who May Enter?

To enter the Competition, a Participant must be 18 years or older, in possession of a valid South African identity document or passport.

If the Participant is younger than 18 years old, the Participant must be able to show consent by a guardian or a parent and be accompanied by such guardian or parent, if the Participant receives a prize.

Who Cannot Enter?

The Competition may not be entered into by any director, member, partner, employee, agent, consultant, tenant of the Landlord at the Mall, the marketing service providers and/or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

Competition Period

The Competition will be on the following dates 1, 8, 15 and 22 August 2021. Any entries received after a Competition Dates will not be taken into consideration.

How To Enter?

Steps :
To enter the Competition, a Participant will be required, for the duration of the Competition Period to
Step 1 : Visit the Mall

Step 2 : Spend an amount of R250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand) or more, on a single till slip (“Till Slip“) at any store within the mall excluding kiosks/exhibitors on the following dates 1, 8, 15 and 22 August 2021.

Participants are advised to retain a copy of their Till Slip as they will be required to present same to proceed in the Competition;

Step 3 : Make your way to the first floor near Guest Relation Desk for an Activation (“Activation Desk“); and

Step 4 : Present your Till Slip at the Activation Desk to be eligible to spin the wheel (“Spin“) and stand a chance to win a prize (“Entry“). Each Participant acknowledges and accept that he/she will be required to accept whatever prize the wheel lands on, and the Landlord will not entertain any disputes in this regard. In addition, spinning the wheel does not guarantee them a prize.

Winner Selection

The First 100 Participants who present their Till Slip on that specific Sunday, will be permitted to Spin, and stand a chance to win a prize (“Prize“) from the available Prizes on the wheel for the day, provided that, the wheel lands on the Prize.

None of the prizes are transferable and will not be changed, deferred or exchanged for cash for any reason whatsoever.

Winner Announcement

Due to the nature of the Competition, Prizes will be awarded on the spot.

Spin Rules :
** the Recipient will have only 1 (one) opportunity to Spin;

** the Recipient hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept whatever Prize he/she lands on and the Landlord will not engage in any discussions regarding changing of the Prize and/or additional Spins thereafter;

** in the event that the arrow lands in between two of the Prizes after the Spin, the Landlord shall use their discretion in selecting which Prize to award the Recipient.
