Terms & Conditions :
1. Your entry into the competition and/or your acceptance of a prize (in the event that you win a prize) constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any person with whom you may share a prize (in the event that you win a prize which is for you and one or more additional persons).

2. The Organiser is Kansai Plascon (Pty) Ltd, 10 Frederick Cooper Drive, Factoria, Krugersdorp, South Africa.
3. No persons under the age of 18 years of age may enter.

4. This promotion is open to residents of the Republic of South Africa aged 18 years and above who are in possession of a valid identity document (“the participants”) and excludes employees and families of employees of Kansai Plascon (Pty) Ltd, their advertising agents, sales agents, promotional agents or any other person connected with or involved in the organizing and running of this promotion.

5. To qualify, participants must purchase a minimum quantity of 5 (five) litres of Plascon paint product and retain their till slips as proof of purchase.

6. You may not participate in or win a competition if you have won a competition organised by Kansai Plascon within the past eight months. You will be eligible to participate in a competition organised by Kansai Plascon after the expiry of eight months after the date on which you won the last competition.

7. To enter, participants must SMS the word “Plascon”, the last 6 digits of their Plascon Paint product and their name to 32979

8. SMS entries are charged at R1.00 each. No free minutes apply. Each SMS entry will receive a reply acknowledging receipt of entry. Bulk SMSs will not qualify as valid entries. Entries are limited to Vodacom, MTN and Cell C.

9. Your receipt / till-slip / invoice or other document evidencing the purchase of the product must be kept as proof of purchase.
10. Multiple entries are permitted to a maximum of five entries, provided that each entry is submitted separately and is in accordance with entry requirements.

11. The promotion will commence on the 1st October 2016 and end on the 31st December 2016.
12. The winners will be contacted directly, and his/her name will appear on social media as a winner.
13. The award of all prizes is subject to the winner consenting to publication of his/her name and photographs.

14. All prizes are awarded at the discretion of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right, at its own discretion, to substitute a prize with any other prize of comparable commercial value. The Organiser will not be liable for any latent defects in any prizes awarded.

15. In the event that you win a prize provided by a third-party supplier, the supplier will contact you to arrange the collection thereof. In this regard, you must collect the prize at the time and date arranged with the supplier of the prize. All correspondence regarding the prize must be directed at the supplier of the prize. The Organiser will not be responsible or entertain any further correspondence in relation to harm, damage, loss or any claim relating to the provision of any element of the prize.

Grand Prize :
** Two lucky contestants each together with a Partner stand a chance to win double tickets to watch Manchester United play at Old Trafford.
** The prize includes economy class flights, accommodation, required visas, and spending money.
** The total prize value is approximately R60 000 per couple.
** Winners will be required to submit copies of their passport and their travelling partner’s passport, within 24 hours of being contacted by the Promoter.

** All passports for the possible winner and travelling partner must be valid for at least 6 (six) months from the stipulated dates of travel.
** Travellers must be eligible for a visa to United Kingdom, if applicable, and are required to disclose upfront any possible reason for Embassy rejection.

** For the avoidance of doubt, should a possible winner be refused a visa to travel, such possible winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
** Copies submitted must be emailed to the Promoter with name, passport number, date of issue and expiry date clear on the copy.

** Blurred or obscured copies will result in disqualification. Travellers must also comply with any other travel requirements for entry into United Kingdom, including any immunizations, failing which the possible winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

** Should the winner be unable to use the Grand Prize on the dates provided and determined by Promoters, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Grand Prize.
** In such event the Grand Prize will revert back to the Promoter.
** Winners will not be able to select the fixtures they would like to attend.
