PregOmega Plus Selfie competition :

1 .One of five winners will be randomly selected on our Facebook page on the 31st of October 2016
2. A total of 5 baby room makeovers will be given away- each worth R10 000.

3. A total of 5 winners will be randomly selected, 3 winners will be selected from JHB & PTA, and 2 winners will be selected from the other outlying regions (CPT, KZN, OFC etc.).
4. Only entrants that have uploaded their post correctly as per instruction provided in the consumer leaflet will quality for the prize e.g. #pregomega #your name #your area.

5. The room make over includes the following elements :
** 1 x baby cot & compactum (troy design by kids emporium) which comes with a mattress;
** 1 x wall paint and decal (standard grey paint with white cloud decal design- grey paint cannot be changed);
** 1 x banting decoration (2m long and design can be selected from options provided);
** 2 x cloud cushions (design can be selected from options provided);
** 1 x blanket and fitted sheet.

6. For point 3 of these T’s and C’s where it is not stated for “own selection” items cannot be interchanged and are fixed as per description.
7. Winners will be notified via our facebook page .facebook.com/pregomega.
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.

9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The installation will be completed by the 30th of November 2016.
11. Kids Emporium and its suppliers cannot accept any liability for damage to the winner’s property or possessions on delivery of furniture, decorating items and equipment, as well as during the makeover.

12. Kids Emporium and its suppliers cannot accept any liability for bodily harm to winners and natural persons within the house and surrounding area on delivery of furniture, decorating items and equipment, as well as during the makeover.

13. The governing law to apply in respect to this promotion is that of the Republic of South Africa and WASPA.
14. Main prize guarantee legalities to be provided by supplier.
15. Should the prize be out of stock or not be available, iNova holds the right to source an alternative.

16. iNova collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to the relevant authorities.

17. Entry is conditional upon providing this information.
18. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information as set forth herein.

19. All entries become the property of iNova. iNova will not use the content of entries for the purpose of future promotions.
20. Eligible entrants consent to iNova using their name, likeness and/or image in the event they are a winner (including photographs, films) in any media for an unlimited period, without any remuneration.
